    Return policy is a fiction
    It is not possible to return an item if it has been unpacked and tried and found to be lacking in any way.
    Their return policy is that the item must be unfitted and in its original packaging and they enforce this strictly.
    I bought a roof rack and fitted it ti my car, I then found that it makes a horrendous screaming noise and cannot possible be left in place all the time as I had intended.
    For me it is not fit for purpose.
    You have to pay the cost of returning the item
    IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT THAT THE ITEM YOU NEED MIGHT NOT BE CORECT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Very Poor Refund Policy
    Poor refund policy. Their website information was incorrect for my vehicle now its 14 day refund to get a refund. And that’s 14 days from when they get it back.

    Wont bother we these guys again

    Poor refund policy
    This is the first time I have used this company. As Mike Brewer is plastered all over the web page I thought he had some connection with the company which gave me confidence to place the order.

    Unfortunately I ordered the wrong parts now they want me to pay to return them. Most companies offer free refunds so i won’t be using them again.
