Dermineck issue
Sent Dermineck back as stopped working properly under Lifetime Warranty in mid December. Have had to chase &chase about this, they say replacement should be within 10 days. Finally told on 9 Jan it had been sent by RM 48 hours tracked. RM don’t recognise no, havent had it yet & none of the Opatra phone numbers are answering …… hmmm. Sent numerous emails too. Very poor service, I have several Opatra products & just hope they don’t stop working g as Opatra don’t seem to honour their commitments, big part of sales pitches….. 🤔
