They looked like a cheap supermarket bouquet, when I questioned what was sent I was told “Based on our assessment, we can confidently affirm that the bouquet meets the required standards in terms of size and quality”. It is terrible, save your money.
Sadly, but fortunately for them, I cannot seem to add pictures! I will however do so in other reviews I make to ensure no one wastes there money like I did.
The sad thing is, after many emails back and forth to this company they believe there is nothing wrong and have suggested I claim my money back through my card provider!

1. No one was contactable on the day to chase the non-delivery as it was Saturday, and the helpline was useless. This is amusing because while online purchases and seller services are available 24×7 (for their benefit), yet their helpline for helping customers is weekdays only, notwithstanding the delivery day which may as well be a weekend. Ruined our special day.
2. To add insult to injury, customer care service was equally dire with no attempt at assistance nor any real reasoning as to why the product was not delivered. I was told that the florists liaise with a delivery company and are not responsible or answerable for their services. They reported a log stating delivery was attempted, however no one at the venue was able to corroborate this nor reported any delivery attempt. There was also no attempt made to contact us, our details having been provided, when said delivery was not possible to be made. I was also told I could have collected the flowers in the next few days at the shop- I had paid for a delivery on a specific date, a service that you could not provide, the customer care personnel was tone deaf and insensitive in suggesting that as though it was on me to collect a product that I had already paid for to be delivered for an occasion long past. I demanded a refund stating the above reasons, at which point the lady spoke to her senior but I was refused stating it did not “qualify” for this as delivery had allegedly been “attempted”, however they still would not take responsibility for a delivery partner’s actions or lack thereof. Laughable!
Maybe this is how all company’s now are with no interest in customer satisfaction and lack of corporate responsibility. Only out to make the bucks. They should and will hopefully go out of business soon.

Their postal company (royal mail) only gave a time range (7.30am-7.30pm!) that does not allow more specificity. However, they delivered a day later than promised, when we were out, and left outside door. As a result, flowers were not on good shape.
Lastly, their response to my disappointment with this was wholly unsatisfactory.

The flowers weren’t dead in the first 24 hours, and so this is an impossible ask!
After much back & forth over email (even after offering a £15 voucher) they’ve decided that the flowers were absolutely fine, and told me to take it up with my credit card company!
Well done Haute Florist for your dismissive approach, substandard flowers and belligerent attitude. You must be very happy with yourselves.

Awful some items arrived 2 weeks early ! 2 items were dead when arrived others were ok at best, over £300 worth ordered and customer service does not exist never mind the 100% satisfaction guarantee! They blamed Christmas being busy, so is Valentines and Mother’s Day that is what a florist is about. I ran a florist for 20yrs and things can go wrong but an attempt to put it right goes a long way but after £300 said would accept a £25 bouquet as recompense as was a flat NO
