Terrible Shoes & Service
Ordered 3 pairs shoes online, only received 2/3. Had to contact them to enquire if the 3rd pair was back order, was advised I should’ve been told “they arrived damaged and need to be returned”. They gave me a refund, however the other 2 pairs were awful. Shoes did not feel leather, quality was poor and fit was awful. So returned them to store, was told the refund would be processed the next day. 3 weeks later I had to chase them for my refund. They then tried to charge me for postage, yet it was advertised as free postage and their own return policy does not state anything about postage cost refund. Had to fight to recover this £3.98 and eventually they refunded it without further comment.
