Appalling Service
I ordered a tent from these as going camping with friends. It’s 7 days since I ordered it and paid for express delivery. That’s a joke! It was due for delivery today before 1pm but still no tent. The tracking has just stopped. So I will now not be able to go away because of this. So if your in a hurry for items don’t use this company as their despatch time is slow and they use unreliable delivery company.

Questionable company
I purchased a coat from this website as Regatta no longer had my size in that model. This is not my first Regatta coat, so I know the product well. The delivery outer packet was intact so whatever was sprayed on it did not happen during any phase of delivery.

Once opened, I became of a stab cut on the packaging wrapping the item and it also looked as thought it had been opened. In effect, the coat had a pungent fishy smell. My colleague agreed that the coat smelt awful and told me to send it back.
I could not deal with the extra hassle of returning the item so I decided to wash it instead. Every time I wear the coat even with a simple teeshirt, I break into a sweat and this is due directly to whatever was on it. This company is putting Regatta’s good reputation into disrepute and I will never buy from them again. Something was spread on this coat that caused it to smell so bad. It has a signature that I recognize. Buying from Regatta directly is cheaper and more satisfying!
