Late delivery and sent out tiny cheap supper market roses when I paid for deluxe Naomi roses
I have tried to contact them via live chat and they’re constantly ignoring me. Delivery was supposed to arrive on the 13/02/2024 and it arrived a day late. The “Deluxe Naomi Roses” do not look deluxe, I have also sent them a comparison photo to show the difference between the £20 bouquet from the supper market which looks 10X better than the £100+ flowers I received from them. James who works for their customer service team keeps on leaving my live chats on seen or won’t bother replying back after I provide him my email, name or my order number. Terrible service from these guys.
