    Horrible
    This company is shocking and awful they should be shut down my elderly nan who is 84! Has been waiting over a month for her furniture that she purchased from this website and is now wanting her money back but no one is answering!!! Will not be buying from this website again and I advise everyone to stay away this is probably the worst company iv have ever dealt with in my life and this will be taken seriously!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬😡😡😡

    DO NOT BUY
    Wished I had read reviews before ordering. Seemed like a good deal on item purchased and 3-5 days delivery seemed okay. Ordered on 28th October and item still not received (now 14th November). No dispatch email. Company now not responding to my Emails. Not able to speak to anybody by phone. No refund, despite asking for one. How this company is getting away with it I do not know. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

    Never again will I order from this company, three different delivery dates with no show, nice when you speak to them but do not fulfill requests, now hoping to get a refund but can’t see that happening, shocking company

    Disgraceful company
    I would give zero stars if available. Direct GB are a disgusting company, they do not listen to their customers or care about their customers at all. They lie about delivery and then have the cheak to say they haven’t lied. They agreed to give me compensation for the amount of hassle I went through with them, I am still waiting for this money which will never arrive. They should be shut down. They have no clue at all what customer service means

    Ordered items over three weeks ago and given two separate delivery dates but no products.

    I’m amazed this company is in business.
