Order my items on May 24th and ETA was 3 to 5 working days.After numerous phone calls to Customer Services I eventually received half of my order on June 5th.I then contacted C.S. again on June 6th and asked to cancel the balance of the order as there was no ETA listed on the order review site and it was showing as being “processed ” I explained the delay in supplying was holding up a job and I had to source the items from elsewhere to finish the job.Customer Services kept emailing requesting more info for 3 days and then informed me they could not cancel the balance of the order because it was already dispatched.
They deliberately kept putting me off until they could send the balance of the order, really dreadful tactics on behalf of a Company promising to really care about its customers.
Today is June 10th and there is still no delivery, which is supposedly already sent.
