Undelivered Mothers Day Flowers
My order for the 10th March was not delivered as promised which cost me £54.98. The customer service department has said they contacted the delivery driver who confirmed delivery! There is absolutely no proof of delivery, no photo of the door or house number or proof of handing the flowers over to my mother. Funnily enough after my complaint I received an automated e mail at 1522 hrs 11th March confirming the flowers were delivered! I’ve had a very upset mother, I’ve provided proof of the conversation with my mother yesterday of undelivered flowers and still they don’t accept my word! What type of a company is this to dismiss their customers so quickly without a care or ounce of empathy or even offer to get replacement flowers out to her, not even a refund, absolutely disgusting behaviour and I will make sure everyone knows about this despite the so called glowing reviews they have on their website! Never have I been treated with such disrespect. You should be embarrassed by your customer service engagements.

I ordered red roses to be delivered in Horsham to my girlfriend on the same day, September 7th. I made the payment, and a few hours later I received an email saying that the delivery would be made, but that they didn’t have red roses and asked if white ones could be used instead. Unfortunately, by the time I saw the email, business hours had already ended.
Nevertheless, I asked for the delivery to be made the next day, as I had requested and paid for. On September 8th, once again, my girlfriend received nothing. I sent another email asking why nothing had been delivered, and requested delivery for the following day.
Today, September 9th, not only has no one responded to my emails, but my girlfriend still hasn’t received the flowers. I tried to contact customer service, and it’s terrible — I’m speaking with a robot that gives me the option to transfer the call to an agent (but when I select it, it says it’s not possible), and also gives me the option to leave a voicemail, but when I choose that, the call just ends.

Shocking, with no alternative available at such short notice. You send flowers for a reason, and don’t expect to be let down like this. If zero stars was an option …
