God help you if you want to return…
God help you if you want to return something. They are shockingly bad and I can’t advise strongly enough that if you are in any doubt about the purchase then don’t bother. It took me weeks to deal with their customer service to finally agree to a return. The parcel was sent back to the address they gave me. The parcel was signed for and I have full proof of delivery. To date I have been waiting 11 weeks for a refund of £100. Avoid dealing with this company. The website looks lovely bit behind the scenes they are a total disgrace.

Bad quality and bad customer service
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. The quality of the products are shocking. It looks nothing like advertised. I sent them pictures of what they advertise and what I got and it looks nothing alike. The items are pricey so you expect decent quality but I might as well have bought it from Shein at a quarter of the price. I’ve emailed them as they have a 30 day refund policy but of course now I’m being ignored.

Customer Service Non-existent
I have been trying to contact customer services all day. I want to cancel my order as it still hasn’t been dispatched, over a week after I ordered and I need my items sooner. They have already taken my money though, and have read other reviews here and on other sites, I fear I’ll never see my money again. I spent over £100. I’m so cross with myself for not reading these reviews sooner, but their marketing is very convincing.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY
If you have bought a product and are not happy with the quality, this company are a nightmare. The dog bed we bought was £82 and the quality was appalling, so we emailed for the address to send it back. This took four emails over four days and each reply they gave was to keep the item and have a percentage refund even when we were very firm about wanting a full refund. After sending the item back we have had to chase the refund and are still waiting, being told that they will update in 72hours (this is on top of the time they have had the item).

A truly awful experience.
We ordered an item but it took too long to arrive so we had to cancel the order and obtain an alternative from another supplier. The item eventually arrived and we have returned it unopened and requested a refund. Funny Fuzzy hardly ever respond to our requests for a refund and are now completely ignoring us. We are currently taking debt recovery advice from our solicitor. This is all so stressful. If only Funny Fuzzy respond to our emails as we have politely requested many times since early October and send us our refund. A truly awful experience.

I have bought a winter jacket for our Golden Retriever and it was too small, after contacting with a customer service an issue got sorted straight away. New winter jacket arrived in less than a week and it’s perfect . Very good quality and beautiful colour. Thank you 😊

Complete scam of a company. Items they sell doesn’t match what you see online, when you receive the item it’s nothing like you ordered. Google their name, there’s a site that states many customers have reported this company for selling items that do not match the description. This company have a way of blocking reviews below 4 or 5 stars on their website. They insist item has to be sent back with tracking info but provide an address that doesn’t exist. Be warned please do not purchase from this site. I’m sure they’ll remove this comment too so they can continue to pray on people.

Customer Services is an absolute joke.
They are very slow to reply. When they do reply it is like they have not read your email.
I spent over £200 with this company. Firstly they will not reply to me about the dog coat that I want to return as it does not fit. I measured and the dog was bang on their size chart but the coat received is huge so I need to return it but I am being ignored. 4 emails requesting the return so far.
My second part of the order arrived and one of the sofa covers I have been shipped is the wrong size and much smaller than I ordered. I have sent them photos showing it against a correctly sized cover that was also supplied by them. They replied as though they have not read the email.
I thankfully paid by PayPal so will be sending them all the correspondence to get a refund.
Don’t waste your time with this company. It’s all cheap, mass produced and they don’t care about their customers at all once they have your money.
