Number of reviews: 3 Rating:4 air fryer vortex rapid healthy cooker digital display 9L dual basket kitchen dual basket fryer. after only three usses ,keeps giving e1 code and beeping noise to say there is a problem,tried to look in manual but no problem solving in manual,had to go on line to find any ways to solve problem ,it said it was a ventilation problem,we tried all sorts of ways to solvethis with no joy.only a few weeks old so very disapointed.still trying to get a replacement.i would be very reluctant to recomend to friends or family.

I received a returned postage to return the faulty blender and a replacement was sent. The customer service is excellent. The company is great. As a result, I will continue to purchase from the company
