Number of reviews: 4 Rating:2 STEER CLEAR I placed an order with this company and am now regretting it. The order was placed on July 27th, paid for including extra for tracking and insurance, I have since looked into the tracking and as of yet, no shipment, August 2nd. I contacted the so-called customer service and was told it had shipped but there were problems with the tracking.

As above i am still waiting for the paid for order .P LEASE LET ME KNOW HAT IS HAPPENING . MY car is locked in the garage and having damaged the up and over control by dropping it i am unable to open the door . Please help

I waited until August 6th and checked the tracking again, no shipment, so once again I contacted customer service and again was told it was shipped but problem with tracking, I then suggested this was nonsense and this tracking did not exist, and demanded a refund of the tracking charge to which they agreed, I also demanded a refund on my purchase and am waiting to hear on that. I believe this company is nothing more than a scammer on most purchases and will never deliver for one reason or another, it is obvious they have no tracking in place which they are selling as an extra.
