    Don't buy from this seller.
    Flowers arrived okay, but half were dead within 5 days. Emailed Haute to complain, and they said I needed to have provided a photo taken within 24 hours of delivery and provided photos to them within 3 days.

    The flowers weren’t dead in the first 24 hours, and so this is an impossible ask!

    After much back & forth over email (even after offering a £15 voucher) they’ve decided that the flowers were absolutely fine, and told me to take it up with my credit card company!

    Well done Haute Florist for your dismissive approach, substandard flowers and belligerent attitude. You must be very happy with yourselves.

    Do not use - awful !
    If I could leave a minus score I would !
    Awful some items arrived 2 weeks early ! 2 items were dead when arrived others were ok at best, over £300 worth ordered and customer service does not exist never mind the 100% satisfaction guarantee! They blamed Christmas being busy, so is Valentines and Mother’s Day that is what a florist is about. I ran a florist for 20yrs and things can go wrong but an attempt to put it right goes a long way but after £300 said would accept a £25 bouquet as recompense as was a flat NO

    Don't use Haute Florist or Prestige Flowers
    Haute Florist and Prestige flowers are secretly the same company. If you want your flowers delivered on a specific day do NOT use these companies. There are many reviews also on Trust Pilot saying the same thing. They do not take any responsibility at all for the delivery saying they use a third party courier. For the customer it’s just too bad with not even any offer or compensation or redelivery. They clearly havee no concept of customer satisfaction.

    Awful!
    Ordered flowers for my mum for Christmas. A lot of the buds on the lilies were below water level and had to be cut off. The others fell off! Roses drooped on second day and could not be revived.
    As they were a gift, my mum did not want me to know how awful they were. Found out for myself when I saw them on day 5.
    Customer service not interested as they have to be informed by day 3.
    Be warned!
    Do not even consider ordering from this company.

    Aweful
    I paid for a large bunch of fllowers to be delivered next day to my daughter in law. When I saw them the following day I was extremely disappointed. It was a small bunch with an abundance of foliage and not many flowers. Many stems were broken and about half the flowers were shriveled, drooping and tinged brown, ie well beyond their best. when I complained with pictures I was told I was outside the three day limit for complaints, (I complained on day 4) and all they could do was offer me a voucher for £10 off my next order. As I will not be ordering from them again this was useless. Very poor quality, very poor customer service.

    Worst possible florist they are a scam
    If I could give them minus I would that’s how terrible they are.. the flowers are Rittson old as they keep them in transit for over a week and they don’t deliver on the date that one orders. I ordered a 65 pounds flower for a friends birthday who was going through a tuff separation and needed some support and the flowers never arrived and when I called customer crevice the lady laughed at me and was being so unimpatgetic and said it’s nothing she could do. I said I rather have my money back please since they missed my friends birthday anyhow and she refused and hang up on me. They are a scam and I’m not even sure they are real. I wouldn’t trust them at all

    I recently ordered 2 “Purity” bouquets from “Haute Florist” and was extremely disappointed with flowers received by family members for very special occasions. The arrangements were much smaller and did not at all resemble or include flowers and foliage pictured on website. Small bunches of flowers were delivered opposed to the magnificent bouquet advertised on Haute Florist’s website. Furthermore after exchanging 5 emails with their responses obviously standard replies, they refused to accept responsibility and the reason for my complaint as the customer. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.
    I would definitely not recommend this company.

    AWFUL - do not order from this company
    NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Flowers missed an extremely important date in our family. When I phoned to complain they couldn’t care less. If delivery date is important to your order please don’t order from Haute Flowers

    Appalling business and depressing flowers
    Extremely poor customer service and flowers did not arrive on time. When we complained about the late delivery they gave us a lecture about terms and conditions and all excuses in the world.
    The flowers were delivered the next day and in awful state. Complained again with the picture but customer service gave zero toss.
    Never use haute flowers and prestige flowers as apparently they are the same company.
