HelloFresh is a meal service operating in Europe, providing customers with home-delivered meals that still need to be prepared by the customers. The meals are delivered in refrigerated packages including all necessary ingredients and accompanying recipes so that customers do not have to do their own shopping or get inspired. HelloFresh ensures delivery by appointment according to the customer’s wishes and makes it possible to eat something different every day so it doesn’t get boring. In the customer account, the subscription can be managed, i.e. the frequency can be set, recipes can be chosen and the subscription can, for example, be temporarily put on pause for a holiday or other reason. Hello fresh is all right.
Hellofresh’s service is fine! The portions are sometimes a bit small, we are big eaters. But the recipes never get boring and are relatively easy to prepare. Also, the ingredients are always fresh and measured just right.
