Dire products, DIRE "service", DIRE company, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
DIRE products, DIRE “service”, DIRE company. Cordless stick hoover vacuum is defective just over a year after purchase. Despite eventually stating it will be replaced after the part not being available until late April, I’m still waiting to hear back 2 weeks since I made the original claim under the 5 year warranty and still no replacement hoover. You have consistently refused the same multiple lots of information you continue to request, refuse to help on any legitimate basis and refuse all contact with any management. They want to continually send you round and round and round in circles until you give up. I will never give up. This company should be out of business, there’s no shred of decency or even the most basic operational standards in place.

Appalling Service
Ordered and paid for washing machine and arranged delivery date. Received text message from delivery company advising they had not received the goods so no delivery. Have completed online requests for contact as this seems to be only way of contacting Hoover Direct. Advises will be in contact within 24 hours. No response as yet and we are 6 days into making daily online requests for contact. I will never order direct from Hoover again, disgraceful customer service after the goods are paid for.
