Khana Prep offers fat loss meal plans and bulking meal plans. There are two to seven-day meal plans tailored to the number of meals you want to have per day. Ordering meals from Khana Prep is as easy as selecting a meal plan and waiting for it to get delivered to your door. All deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
