Ice Maker leaks all over kitchen Customer Service Problems 
I purchased a large Water Dispenser Crushed Ice Maker from the internet UK shop front of this company. Their products ship from Germany along with their UK Customer Service department. Just after a few weeks use, it started flooding my kitchen and dispensing ice cubes when I was not in the room. I contacted them and I was told as a goodwill gesture they would replace it. I thought, Great ! but then I was sent a label to return it. They told me I would have to drop it off at the Post Office or Evri depot. The box is the size of a small Fridge and weighs 18Kg. Over 1 week I contacted the company and they repeated to me it is not company policy to collect it from my home, and they would not budge in their decision. I am Housebond and retired and return was impossible. Even a Taxi company refused collection because the box was too big. I was left with this huge box blocking my front door. Eventually they relented after more phone calls. I have been told it will finally be collected from my address. I do not hold a lot of hope on the standard of after sales I will receive, and wether it will be  replaced new. I will never use this company again and I will review the outcome. Imagine if I purchased a large Fridge and I had to return it via my corner shop or Post Office. This really shows the 2 year warranty is useless. I wiil revise the review when it is returned. I have never experienced after sales as bad as this.

Bad expirience Croatia 
In Croatia I had the same problem with air fryer 2 times. First time it broke on the first try and they replaced it, which I waited more than 2 weeks.

Disappointing Customer Service 
We ordered a beautiful gas hob and were excited about having it fitted. Unfortunately the fitter and two other fitters thereafter would not install the hob because the manual instructions specifies the gas hob should be used in conjunction with an extractor fan. We don’t have an extractor fan (old cottage where thick walls make it impossible). So although the time had lapsed (it took several weeks to wait for 3 fitters!) for a refund, we asked for an electric hob replacement as we still require a hob and said we would be happy to pay the difference. All we keep being in receipt of is the same generic reply that we are out of the 30 day returns warranty and we may only have a replacement of the same item if it’s faulty. We feel let down because when we made our purchase the extractor fan recommendation was only in the manual in the box with the hob and not on line at the time of purchase else we would not have made the purchase. We are stuck with a hob we can’t use and have lost our money. Be careful with your purchases as Customer Service in the aftermath is terrible.

Appalling customer service and poor quality products 
I bought a cooker hood from Karstein and within weeks of installation it developed a fault with the lights and touch screen controls. It must be a known problem as straight away Klarstein said it couldn’t be repaired but would need to be sent back. A cooker hood is wired and fixed to the wall in a fitted kitchen. To take it apart involves an electrician and would also leave me without a fan above the cooker for weeks. And Klarstein showed no interest in how the product return would be paid for, and timescales. Simply not viable. I asked them just to send the parts to mend the lights and they are telling me to find the parts online myself ! it is their product!!? So avoid these people at all costs – the products are poor quality and as a company they simply don’t care about faults or customer service.

Great experience at Klarstein.

Then the new one broke (same thing) after 1 month of usage. And in that 1 month it was working like 5 times tops.
I sent it back and demanded refund for a non funcional air fryer, which they refused , repaired it again and they delievered it yesterday.
Disgusting complaint service.
