Number of reviews: 1 Rating:4 very disappointing I am writing this review after my FIFTH order from this company. So first of all, prices have more than doubled since my last order of 4 or 5 months ago. That in itself is outrageous enough. However, the product (Canadian whiskey) that I purchased was off, meaning, it was not the same flavor as my previous orders. I wrote to customer service, who eventually answered me, saying that I had ordered a different product this time. The bottle, however, was mislabeled. Customer service offered me no solutions and no concessions, and certainly no refund (which I didn not expect). But one might think that a returning customer (FIVE orders) might get some consideration in this case but that would be erroneous thinking. Given that their prices have more than doubled, and given that customer service made no effort to address my concern and dissatisfaction after spending 100 Euro, I will NOT be purchasing from them again and I can only say that one should be careful when ordering from this firm.
