    You will be sorry 🙁
    Never received the aftershave, they said there was tracking and a photo confirming the item had been delivered but guess what, no photo!! Thought it was too good an offer to be legit.
    My only advice is buy from a reputable company.

    Do not use!
    Never sent the items you order, give you tracking numbers that don’t work. Customer service is non existent and take forever to get back to you. Don’t waste your money or time! I’m now disputing this with my bank.

    Awful Company -AVOID
    I ordered on the 16th of January, order never arrived, kept emailing and they kept telling me that the courier is delayed! Eventually received it but need to return as it arrived so late I no longer need the product as I had to buy from another retailer! They have approved my return!!! The Royal Mail link that they sent me to get a return labels says there is no retailer under that name!!!! Do. It give them your money!!

    Shocking company and products
    I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo on the 22nd of January, was giving 3 different delivery time. 9th of February today and its still not here. They have now refunded my order which will take 5 ro 10 days. Absolute joke. They sent an email today, saying they have cancelled my order. How can it be cancelled 3 weeks later if it was on its way. They lie to customers. Second time I’ve ordered. First time I bought jimmy choo perfume. The smell dis not last an hour. I contacted them their reply was its real.. that was it.. joke of a company. If you want real products In real time buy elsewhere.

    Believe all the Bad reviews this comapanie is Awful
    Believe all the bad reviews

    This company is disgusting.

    They will pretend they have dispatched your item

    Provide no tracking, a week later blame the postal service. Again provide no tracking.
    Then say they sent it again and will provide tracking.. once again they DONT provide tracking and never intended too as nothing was ever sent.

    3 weeks later .. you have No tracking.. No product.. No money and no one answering your emails

    This company is disgusting and I’m not sure how they are allowed to opporate

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR FEEL FABULOUS
    Ordered on 15th January, said they’d sent it after I’d chased them a week later. Since then they are picking and choosing when they reply to my emails. Do not use them or the company they use for payment, Super Payments, as my bank say they can’t raise a dispute. Now having to go to the police and report these companies for fraud. I cannot afford to lose £72.99 . Gutted and disgusted . Gave one star but ideally I wouldn’t give them any!

    Appalling customer service
    customer service is appallingly unprofessional.

    I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within a week. I then have to chase it up as I haven’t received. I then get told its coming a week after that. And when I eventually get their delivery – its the wrong product!! When I email to tell them all they say is return it. So I have to waste my time and fuel going to a shop to return a product I didn’t even order!!! No apology nothing. Will never order from them again.

    Where is my order scammers
    Where is my order scammers
    These are scammers. Thankfully I ordered via klarna so will hopefully get a refund. Order hasnt arrived. They do not answer the phone. Been ringing out with some weird medieval music playing. Dont repsond to emails. Any good reviews must be fake.

    Do not use
    > No stars! I had to click one star to submit this review.
    > This company did not fill my order and blamed their courier service when they had not even
    dispatched my products.
    > I have not received a refund despite not accepting the parcel on 21/12/23.

    I ordered two items from this company on 02/12/23 noting their wesite said orders would be dispatched with 24 -48 hours. Monies were deducted from my bank on 04/12/23 and I contacted customer service on 12/12/23 as the order had not been dispatched. I was told there had been a ‘slight delay with the courier’ yet, the products were not dispatched until 16/12 by which time I had already told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I received an email advising I should refuse delivery if I want a refund. The products were refused on 21/12/23 and todate – 14/01/24 I have not received a refund.

    I do not recommed this company. Do not use them unless you want to send 8+ emails and waste your time and effort to recover the money lost.

    Poor service
    Order perfume on 30/11 still waiting. They either say it’s been delayed or don’t respond and don’t answer the phone. It was due today again and still not received item. It was a Christmas present. Not a happy customer at all!!!!
