    Avoid at all costs
    made an order and after 10 days it had not been sent. I contacted them and was advised there had been a problem, but it wasnt their fault. They gave me a tracking number, which Royal Mail confirmed was fake! Then I was told a second order had been dispatched and I would have it within a couple of days. Nothing arrived. I checked the site and discovered that what I had ordered was actually out of stock. I reached out and was advised my order WAS on the way. As confirmation they provided the SAME fake tracking number. They kept lying and telling me my order was on the way. But it hadn’t even been dispatched because it was not in stock! Then, with no explanation, no apology, i received a refund after nearly 3 weeks. Repeated lies, refusal to acknowledge what was going on, total lack of customer care and time wasters. The most unprofessional, amateur company I have ever purchased from. Avoid like the plague.

    Disappointed
    I should receive my order on 24november , order was split , I got first delivery on time then no second one , seller don’t responding for emails , feel I was ripped off and just before christmas

    Scammers!
    Orders three weeks ago. Nothing received, no reply to any of my emails.
    Believe the only thing they work hard on is giving themselves 5 star reviews to make them look genuine!
    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!

    SCAM!!!!!!!!
    SCAM!!!DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY ARE BOTS OR FAKE ACCOUNTS!
    I tried to reach them in all possible ways, even through social media, no answer, I stayed for hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer me, more e-mails and nothing, I didn’t get any answers, I want a specialist to look over all this scam, I paid GBP 117.98 for two perfumes and I received no response!. It will remain a star until I receive the order!!!!! LINC43159
    Just websites full of crooks!
    I DONT WANT JUST AN EMAIL I WANT MY ORDER!!!! OTHERWISE I WILL MAKE SURE TO REPORT FOR FRAUD AND MULTIPLES SCAMS!

    This site is a scam
    This site is a scam. I ordered perfume on November 9th. The order was supposed to be delivered on November 20 at the latest, but it has not even been shipped yet. Moreover, I cannot find an interlocutor. They don’t even respond to what I write. I don’t think I can buy the product I paid 130 pounds for. I will seek all my rights through legal means

    Red flag
    I bought a product that I’ve realised they didn’t have in stock . Pretended it was lost it transit . Sent a replacement out and it was a completely different product – I asked for a refund for original product as worked out what they were doing – which they declined .No complaints process – emails now being ignored – this company is here to rip you off

    Order elsewhere
    No tracking . No goods . Be warned don’t order with these people. Its obviously a 1 person business and they don’t supply your goods your pay for. Just making complaint to trading standards on this company.
