Mr Lee’s Noodles was established in 2014 by Damien Lee. After being diagnosed with cancer, Daniel Lee decided to stand against the food choices available to people without too much time to spare. He believed that people have a right to quick, honest, and tasty food. This was the motivation for the establishment of Mr. Lee’s Noodles. Sadly, Damien Lee passed away in 2021, leaving Mr. Lee’s Noodles as his beloved legacy. Damien Lee collaborated with Andy Chu, an experienced executive chef and personal friend, to develop six instant noodle recipes with no nasties, low sugar, saturated fats, and no gluten. Mr. Lee’s Noodles manufactures instant porridges or congees besides instant noodles. The products are made with non-dehydrated freeze-dried ingredients that lock in more flavor, nutrients, and vitamins. The food is made with the finest global ingredients, including veggies and fruits. Additionally, the company’s foods are made without salt and sugar.
