The very unprofessional Connie has come to the conclusion that they will not be refunding me because they’re upset I left them a one star review and are using it against me to not refund me, also she’s made up her own rules by stating in her email to me “for the sake of health and safety, no items of headwear are eligible for return” which is a lie. The website states in black and white “Exchanges and Refunds Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
Please feel free to return anything for a refund or exchange (excluding personalised, swimwear, clearance items, and Mystery Bags)”
Where does it mention health and safety head wear Connie??
To make it clear to the public reading this, I am within my 30 days and should be entitled to a refund for at least one of my items, as the other item is personalised.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I HAVE NAMED AND SHAMED THEM AND THEY TRIED TO FLAG MY COMMENT BUT FAILED, TRUSTPILOT STATED I AM FOLLOWING THEIR GUIDELINES. SHAME ON YOU MY ROCKING KIDS I WILL CONTINUE TO DRAW YOU OUT!
