    Fraud
    On February 9th, I placed an order for the delivery of 50 XL-sized red roses for my wife’s anniversary on February 15th. I waited the entire day until the start of the celebration and never received the bouquet. I tried to contact the company using the phone number provided in the app and on the website, with no success. The line seemed to be constantly busy, even though the website states there is support available 7 days a week. The chat also remained unanswered. As a result, on the 17th, two days later, I received a delivery of a bouquet of yellow, rotten, 50 cm roses. It seems your company not only has issues with delivery but also with sight, as you mixed up the color, size, and delivery date. You disregarded the customer and their special occasion. This is disgraceful. £130 for ruined excitement. Choke on this money.

    Awful company avoid criminals
    Stay away people. Not sent on the day I paid for Valentine’s Day paid extra for time slot . Asked repeatedly for a full refund . Told me they deliver on 16th then 17th I said no point now I want refund.. had to take matter further for my refund bunch of criminals. Much better company’s out there to get your flowers from .

    AVOID THESE PHILIPPINO SCAMMERS
    I never say I lost money when I spend it on the love of my life- but today, I lost over £320 for 100 “premium” roses.
    These roses do not exist, these roses never got delivered, in fact, this company doesn’t even exist.
    If you’re one of the lucky ones that got to read this review as opposed to us time pressured idiots who didn’t do the due diligence, congratulations.

    My future wife now thinks I don’t love her, just because some idiot scammer decided to milk the capitalistic driven poor souls like us, exploiting us. If this doesn’t represent the pitfall and disgust of humanity- nothing else does. To exploit love, something supposed to be beautiful and uniting, for personal gains by scamming people – is disgusting.
    Is it in the same level as exploiting slaves for the harvesting of blood diamonds? Maybe not quite, but it’s on the same level.

    they have created a fake platform with AI generated marketing videos on tiktok, a randomly generated address in London, and it’s linked it’s “UK Based” phone number to an automated operator in Philippines

    Exceeded my expectations. The bouquet was so beautiful and it came along side with a small chocolate . Delivery was on point so I recommend it at any time .

    1. This company is fraudulent and very rude bully’s who think they can just take your money and dictate what they want to do they have been reported to the relevant authorities and will definitely be under investigation so avoid at all costs once you pay them your money is gone.

    If I could rate this company below zero, I absolutely would. This so called flower delivery service is nothing short of a scam. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day flowers with a confirmed delivery window of 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also completely ignored every single message I sent via WhatsApp blue ticks showing they read them, but no response. Their phone line? Constantly busy, most likely off the hook to avoid complaints.

    To make matters worse, they happily took £300 from me and have made no effort to communicate, let alone issue a refund. It’s clear they have no intention of making things right.

    If they dare to challenge this review, I’ll gladly post every single piece of evidence I have messages, receipts, and call logs. I’ll be back in London soon, and I assure you, I will pursue every possible action to recover my money, including taking them to court if necessary.

    My advice to anyone reading this: Stay far away from this company. Their glowing reviews are likely fake. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

    Absolute scam. Consider yourselves warned.

    Update:

    As expected, the company replied with their generic, copy-paste excuse through the chat feature on their app. It’s the same scripted response they give everyone blaming high demand instead of taking accountability. The comments below my review confirm I’m not alone: countless customers have shared similar experiences of missed deliveries, zero communication, and receiving dead, old, or completely different flowers from what was advertised. It’s clear this company operates on false promises, taking people’s money with no intention of delivering on time or at all.

    To ensure they don’t continue scamming others, I’ve already taken the following steps:

    1. Filed a chargeback with my bank for fraudulent activity.

    2. Reported them to Trading Standards for deceptive business practices.

    3. Submitted a formal complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for false advertising.

    4. Prepared documentation for a Small Claims Court case if they fail to refund me promptly.

    This is no longer just about my order it’s about holding them accountable for scamming the public. I will continue to update everyone on the progress of my case. I am going to make sure they don’t get away with this. Stay alert, stay warned.

    Stay away - Heed the reviews!
    Absolutely horrible experience with this company for my valentines order and the customer “service” could not care less. Do not use these people if you would like your flowers to arrive as ordered. How they can be “renowned” (as per their description) for anything other than shocking service and lack of accountability is beyond me.

    Information mistakes and wrong flowers
    I ordered flowers for valentines day for someone very special to me which I was very excited for , for it to then be a massive disappointment when first before they arrived they kept messing up the information to then deliver it not on the time period I paid extra for. Finally the worst part is they got the flowers wrong when I ordered 35 white roses they sent red and white ones with mostly red ones. This is by far the worst flowers company of all time I wish I read the reviews first , don’t ever order from here and if you do they never message back if there is any problems. Honestly they should just be shut down at this point. I hope everyone gets their flowers from somewhere else , is not let down and can enjoy a special day or any type of day with their flowers.

    I have made an order for Valentine’s Day that was extremely important for personal reasons but it was delivered 3 days early and their excuse was that it’s their busy day and will offer discount on next order.
    They don’t mention that delivery date is not guaranteed, so if you have wedding, funeral etc. your flowers may come on a different day.
    Customer service is unhelpful and most likely a bot. Avoid.

    Don’t order from them. Terrible company I just wish I’d read all of the reviews first. Paid extra for a delivery for a specified time on Friday 14th for VD. Paid extra for this to be hand delivered and instead they have arrived boxed up 3 days early, thrown over my gate into a tree and soaking in the pissing wet rain. Asked for a resolution and my order to be honoured and got palmed off with a 30% discount on a next order I’ll never make. Unreliable company, avoid. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

    Stole my money
    Paid for same day delivery. Small print then said outside of London was not an option. This was Essex so not far. Promised delivery the next day. 2 days later still no delivery and refusal to give my money back or get in touch with the courier to find out exactly what is going on.

    They are blaming it on their chosen courier yet refusing to speak to them or refund my money. They have basically stolen my money as any delivery now is pointless and the flowers will soon die.

    Flower delivery
    I ordered the flowers from india for my boyfriend who was visiting warwick for a conference. They needed to be delivered before 9:30 am but they could not deliver the flowers on time. He never got the delivery and I lost 31pounds over it.
