    Scammers
    SCAMMERS BEWARE !!!!!!!

    My order was time sensitive so l paid £52 and selected next day delivery. The company failed to deliver my order. I then requested a refund which they are refusing to process after they failed to deliver. They keep trying to offer late delivery, which defeats the purpose of timely delivery.

    So, they took my money, did not deliver any flowers. Now they refuse to return the money.

    Beware of these scammers guys!!!!!!

    I ordered flowers from across the seas to surprise my princess, and the flowers were perfect, the delivery time was on point and the princess was satisfied 👌🏻

    I am extremely disappointed
    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Myflora.co.uk. I paid £70 for what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet, but what I received was far from it. The flowers had no fragrance whatsoever, and the size was much smaller than what was shown in the picture. To make matters worse, some of the flowers were already dead when they arrived.

    I honestly feel ripped off – I could have bought a much bigger bouquet from Tesco for £20. The whole experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

    Avoid This Company – Misleading Promises and Poor Service
    Order Number 549218
    I paid extra for same-day delivery, but the flowers were not delivered the next day as promised. Now, they’re telling me the flowers will arrive on the third day, which completely defeats the purpose and raises serious concerns about freshness.

    When I contacted their customer service to cancel the order, they claimed it couldn’t be canceled because it had already been prepared. This is not only misleading but also unfair. Why charge customers for a “Same-Day Delivery” service that you clearly cannot fulfill?

    This company’s service is unacceptable, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Their advertising claims flowers can be delivered “within hours,” but they fail to deliver even after multiple days.

    If you value reliability, transparency, and quality, avoid MyFlowers at all costs. They take your money, fail to deliver on promises, and offer no real resolution to their failures.

    Extremely Poor Service – Delivery Date Ignored
    I paid extra for same-day delivery, but they delivered it the next day! When I called to cancel, they claimed the order couldn’t be cancelled because it had already been prepared. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Why charge for a service you can’t fulfil? Poor customer service and no accountability—avoid this company!

    Amazing Experience all round
    This was an amazing experience. I didn’t think it would end up this well but it was much better than expected. They kept calling to ensure that I got my delivery and supported me. Bruh I could say a thousand good things about the customer service.

    My one hitch though, there should be pictures that show the different sizes of bouquets, or maybe there was, idk. Another small issue, I didn’t get a picture of my bouquet before it was delivered.

    Do not buy from here
    I ordered balloons with my flowers. The balloons were not delivered. I emailed the company and they said ‘Royal Mail do not advise delivery of balloons’. I questioned why they offered a product that they can’t deliver. They said ‘Sure’ and offered me a refund. How silly. Don’t waste your time and money here.

    Terrible Experience
    Terrible service flowers arrived one day late not same day delivery as advertised also they were nothing like the advertised picture they cost me £52 I got something you would pay no more that £3 at the supermarket I went with them for convenience, never again.

    Really bad experience
    Unfortunately I did not receive any pictures prior to sending as promised on the website. The company uses Royal Mail that if you live in Uk know how careless they can be. The beautiful surprise bouquet for my friend turned to be a cardboard box left next to the bin. I am so embarrassed please shop interflora or elsewhere
