    AVOID SAVE YOUR MONEY
    What an absolute disaster of a company. I ordered a bouquet, chocolate truffles, and a card to be delivered on Sunday for a special occasion that obviously can’t be moved or repeated. It’s now TUESDAY, and nothing has shown up. When I asked, they casually told me it might arrive TOMORROW — four days late. To make it worse, they didn’t even have the chocolate truffles I paid for, so they just swapped them with something else without asking or informing me. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming the order had already been “processed.” Absolutely unbelievable. My order is now useless, the occasion has been ruined, and all I’m left with is frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. This company should be ashamed to call itself a flower delivery service. Save yourself the stress and your hard-earned money — avoid this company at all costs.

    All round good
    Good size of bunch, a couple of the roses were a bit wilted but all round good condition. Only downside is I paid for early delivery and Royal Mail delivered it late in the evening.

    They were ver helpful n efficient. Manage to arrange a delivery at extremely short notice. The flowers were beautiful n certainly put a smile on them as it was a surprise too.
    Would definitely recommend them and use their company again.

    Second time ordering
    I ordered first time last year and flowers never got delivered bad service really wasn’t happy, they persisted and asked me to order again for a free bouquet to try again, second time round much better service and much happier

    One of the best florists in London. Always use them. They have the best flowers at such reasonable cost and deliver same day too.

    Great service
