    Very solid
    Good quality of flowers and very reliable delivery. Only the photo wasn‘t sent before the delivery but after and the tracking link also wasn’t sent in advance. But it all worked out fine!

    TRULY PATHETIC - DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL
    Advertised as 3 hour delivery service – ordered flowers in the morning for delivery by 6pm (3pm to 6pm) because my girlfriend was coming in from overseas and was going to be jet lagged. Got a call at 3.20pm advising me that they could not now deliver until between 6pm and 9pm – advised them that this was totally unacceptable and requested delivery prior to no later than 8pm – confirmed by courier – have struggled all day and evening to get through to their phone number – on hold for 30+ minutes on all occasions – no delivery – absolute disgrace and first time user and last time user – customer service and delivery was 3rd world at best – will be broke in a month – would rate then 0 if I could – truly pathetic and ruined everything – don’t answer emails or their phones

    Beautiful flowers
    I recently ordered flowers from My Flowers for my mother’s birthday in London, while I’m based in Sweden. Despite having trouble logging into the app (no SMS arrived), the overall experience was incredibly smooth. The flowers arrived the same day, just as promised, and were even more beautiful than I had hoped! Mu was super happy! I received plenty of status notifications, though some ended up in my spam folder. One suggestion for improvement would be offering more options to include a personalized card or message with the flowers. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and the quality of the bouquet. Highly recommend!

    Avoid at all costs
    Avoid at all costs. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday because I’m away on business. They took payment and confirmed the delivery on the day from 9-12:00. I even asked my wife to stay home because I have delivery, but nothing came. I contacted them in the afternoon to ask and they said the will deliver the day after and refund me the extra I paid for delivery!!! I’m so disappointed, it really ruined my day as I’m away and missed my wife’s birthday as it is and now I didn’t even have flowers to give her.

    I AM FUMING WITH THIS COMPANY
    I put flowers in the basket on the website, decided to check out the reviews here, and changed my mind. Well, 20 minutes later I received a call which was flagged as spam so I didn’t answer—left me a voicemail offering me a discount. I checked my email and I received a long email offering discount and information about delivery. I have never received an email from a company before I have even put an order in. I feel pressured to order and I am definitely not ordering as their selling tactic is cold selling. Not interested

    Horrible Company
    I ordered 100+ pounds worth of sunflowers for my son’s funeral. They sent yellow aster flowers instead without calling us first at the evening before his funerals. Had to send someone on the morning of to source the sunflowers while they refused to issue a refund for the flowers I didn’t order, didn’t want and have no use for. Truly shameful, as if I needed any more hassle during these hard times. Do not recommend.

    Beautiful 🌹 roses
    After a couple of hiccups with paying for sane day delivery and not receiving them until next day and the flower’s being left on the pavement I can honestly say the flower’s are just gorgeous. Pity I can’t upload a photo.
    My Flowers have promised to return the same day payment.
