You will not get what you paid for or what is stated in the order’s description. I ordered a specific bouquet as it had a special meaning for the recipient. The company delivered a bouquet and changed the flower type. I never received a notification about it or a photo prior to delivery as described on the website.
Upon contacting them I got a message something along the lines that it is a flower shortage now and they can substitute as they seem fit.
You will not receive the flowers you see on the website!

Partner paid £11 same day delivery!! They came 2 days late, and it’s not even a bouquet it’s a 99p tiny bunch of carnations all of about 8 flowers , I can buy 4 times the amount in tesco for £3!!!!! No refund offered so will be going trading standards and social media!! Disgraceful! I’d be embarrassed sending these!!!! DO NOT USE !!! U can buy better at the petrol station!!!!
