The previous time I ordered from them, it was fine; the flowers were lovely, and the price competitive. But if there is a time deadline, I would not recommend them at all!

I received the time slot betwin 6pm-9pm.
Flower has not arrived.
And finally I received an email will be delivered next day.
No answer on phon call, same email same WhatsApp
I am not sure if I will have them delivred in to the morning or refund.

Bad communication as they won’t bother to reply to emails,
Try to give you as compensation another delivery, who will need that?… such a lame company.
Imagine that: they still deliver the flowers after 9 days, obviously dead flowers! even tough I cancel any kind of delivery or suggested option
Finally after a long insistence I got my refund, at least!

Unprofessional customer service, talk to senior manager and said they will get in touch with me the day after, but I never hear back from them, keep try the phone number but the line are busy all the time , I spoke to someone on the phone but the drop the phone !

Positivo: flores são lindas, de qualidade excelente, atendimento ao cliente ágil
Negativo: entregue fora do prazo, não recebi a foto das flores antes do envio.
