    Terrible service
    If I would give zero stars that would be too much. I ordered flowers to be sent to a relative in NI after finding this company on a search. I ordered and paid and a few hours later received a WA to say they do not deliver to NI. First of all, the order should not have gone through if they do not deliver to NI so that’s very poor marketing on their side. Secondly, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for my cc refund which they said would be credited back to me in 1-5 business working days. Avoid them at all costs.

    Extremely Disappointed with MyFlowers – Late Delivery and Poor Quality!
    I am utterly appalled by my experience with MyFlowers, and I feel obligated to share this in the hope that others won’t have to go through the same.

    To start, I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday, expecting a smooth and timely delivery. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. On the day of delivery, I wasn’t home, and rather than following my clear instructions to leave the flowers with a neighbour, they took the flowers back to the Royal Mail depot. I was given no valid reason for this despite explicitly requesting for them to be left with a neighbour. They then promised to attempt delivery the following day, but this didn’t happen. Two days later, at 9 PM – 48 hours after my girlfriend’s birthday – they finally delivered the flowers.

    By this time, the flowers had been stuck at the depot for two days, and it showed. They arrived severely dehydrated, and to make matters worse, the bouquet was much smaller than what was advertised online. This was not just disappointing but downright embarrassing, as the gift for my girlfriend was late and looked nothing like what I had paid for.

    What truly shocked me was the company’s utter lack of accountability. When I reached out to cancel the order on the day the flowers were late, they ignored my request and instead sent me generic instructions on how to “rehydrate” the flowers. Keep in mind, the flowers were dehydrated because they’d been mishandled and stuck in a depot for two days!

    To add insult to injury, MyFlowers said they would replace the bouquet if it didn’t last five days. By day three, the flowers had died, despite my girlfriend, a professional gardener, doing everything she could to save them. I immediately reached out via WhatsApp, email, and phone – only to be completely ignored for days. When they finally replied after 8 days, they had the audacity to claim they couldn’t help me because I hadn’t contacted them within the time frame! Despite my numerous attempts to reach out from the moment the flowers arrived in such poor condition, they brushed me off entirely.

    This entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. I expected a professional service for such a special occasion, but instead, I was met with late delivery, poor communication, terrible product quality, and a company that refuses to take responsibility.

    I strongly advise against using MyFlowers – they have shown that they are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive when things go wrong. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your flower delivery needs!

    Great Communication and Beautiful Flowers
    The communication was incredible! Using WhatsApp was such a smart choice. I was able to get a response within the hour, and they were so helpful. My partner was so happy to receive his flowers, and they were beautiful!

    Very bad service
    The site didn’t have a place to write a note to accompany your order or at least it wasn’t clear. The delivery was done very late so the recipient couldn’t pick it up and still hasn’t so I’m not sure the bouquet has even reached her. The proof of delivery that was sent showed a pile boxes on each other and no sign of any flowers. Terrible service. No one replies to you on time, they keep saying we’re very busy, it’s not my problem. Why do you accept orders when you can’t deliver? There are many other sites that I can order from.

    Beautiful flower
    It was my first order from myflowers. It was nextday delivery which was free. It arrived on time. The flowers were fresh and beautiful as seen on website. It was a gift for my sister and she loved it.

    Flowers delivered fresh, on time (same day). Every step of delivery had been reported by email and in application as well. Picture of the order was provided upon request. Overall very satisfied by the service and will definitely use it again and recommend to others.

    Fair price, Easy to Order
    The flowers seemed to be in good health from what i could see, the delivery for my selected method was free. The price was a bit higher than what I’d consider to be “normal” for flowers, however they were arranged and delivered so I understand there’s a cost associated with that. Overall, will be buying again

    Disgusting
    Disgusting experience with ‘My Flowers’ in London. I ordered 100 premium roses and received just two small bouquets instead. This is nothing short of a scam! I’ve tried calling them multiple times, but no one picks up. It’s outrageous that Google allows this fraudulent operation to continue. Avoid them at all costs!

    Avoid
    Paid for same day delivery between 12-3 the website accepted this, accepted my money and I paid in good faith expecting delivery. When no flowers arrived, I called up where I was basically told tough, they only deliver within London on the same day. When I asked why the website accepted my money and delivery time they could not answer but would not give a refund. This is a company trading on false promises. AVOID
