    Shocking communication and refund refusal
    I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my partners work and paid the extra £11 for them to be delivered between 3pm-6pm. I messages the WhatsApp line at 3pm and asked if they could keep me updated on the delivery and if it was going to be late/ when it was out for delivery. This was met with no response, so I waited until after 6pm to discover from my partner that they hadn’t arrived (ruining the surprise). Again I messages the WhatsApp line and only then I was informed that there had been a ‘technical difficulty’ and they had to push the time back to 9pm! I emailed the support email and asked for a refund on the £11 as the device I paid for had not been met and they replied to tell me it was the Courier’s fault and not there’s, instead I was offered a 15% off my next order. This is invalid as I won’t be ordering from them again as their communication and service has been awful when I have tried to contact them multiple times a day. The whole point of me paying for the selected delivery slot is so they would arrive before my partner finished work, but of course she has now missed the delivery all together. Would definitely avoid, because if I didn’t message them asking where the delivery was, I wouldn’t have found out the delivery time had been pushed back.

    Terrible Company
    Terrible company! I paid £6 for same day delivery but they didn’t arrive, no phone call or email to explain why. When I contacted them they said same day delivery is only for the London area. There is nothing on their website to say this, and why would they charge me for same day delivery if that is apparently not available where I live. Never again!

    Not delivered timely but bouquet was beautiful
    The site said same day delivery ( three hours or more but same day delivery). I had chosen the extra 6 pound delivery but when I went to Paypal account to pay I was charged 11 pounds which was for a 3 hour delivery , I got a text message saying it will be delivered on time but email message said next day delivery, I immediately contacted on WA and they took over 3 hours to tell me that it will reach only next day , the bouquet reached after 24 hours of the order but no complaints on the quality of the bouquet. I have been promised a refund of 11 pounds charged for same day delivery and am hoping they keep to their word. I am giving 3 stars only because the bouquet was beautiful otherwise for service I would give only one star or none. It is better to be honest and prompt so that the customer knows what to expect and can decide based on true statements.

    Happy with the service
    I did a simple order and it got delivered in the time slot that was promised I seen the other negative reviews but my review is positive as I didn’t had a bad experience with the company they did answer on the WhatsApp when I asked for the time slot (eta) and overall my partner was happy with what she received so mission accomplished thank you !

    Missing flowers, don’t trust the good reviews, learn from my negative experience
    I have ordered a bouquet of flowers for my graduation on the morning of 7/17 and expected delivery to the hotel I am staying at on 7/18 at night from 6:00-9:00 I even paid extra for their so called “hand to hand” delivery. At around 8:18pm on 7/18 I received a text saying that the flower has been delivered. However the receptionist at the hotel who worked from 3:00pm to 11:00pm said nobody delivered any flowers. I have tried to call them at around 11:00 when I found out they weren’t delivered at all, sent emails as well as WhatsApp. I have yet to receive any response from them and I am prepared to have lost about £45 pounds for nothing. I ordered these flowers for delivery to Birmingham which they claim they do and I do not speak for the customers in London but I suggest highly avoiding this company. I would consider this experience as being scammed.

    Flowers are still not delivered
    I was conned by their false promise of same day delivery , paid more than £32 and order was placed on 14th July, till date (18th July) I have not received anything and their customer service has stopped responding

    Please stop scamming people and process refunds if you can’t make deliveries.

    1. Same here! I paid £11 extra for same day delivery, which they do not offer outside of London. When the flowers arrive they were not fresh, there was no foliage and the petals were falling off. I complained to MF and left a scathing review on Trust Pilot. MF contacted me to offer a 30% discount, a bigger bouquet & free chocolates IF I retracted me review. I really wanted my mum to get nice flowers so I complied, but 5 days later she still has no flowers! They have made a mistake somewhere, as I was sent a photo as proof of delivery, but it was not my Mum’s address! (Mum got an email confirming the flowers were due, but it dated the wrong name, wrong address & wrong order number!) I am still trying to contact MF to get a refund, but they have stopped replying. I have paid £25 for no flowers! Appalling company.

    2. I have had the same experience. I placed an order on the understanding that it would be delivered the next day. However it was not delivered the next day. The recipient was going away for a few days on the day they said the amended delivery was going to happen. This meant that my order was basically worthless, and I contacted them to see what resolution could be reached, as they had not fulfilled their promise. Customer service sent me system generated emails, as replies to my enquiries.

      The previous time I ordered from them, it was fine; the flowers were lovely, and the price competitive. But if there is a time deadline, I would not recommend them at all!

    Order was never delivered
    Hi, I had ordered a bouquet of flowers seeing their promise of 24 hrs delivery , infact I paid extra for delivery charges. This order was placed on 14th July, but till date(18th July) nothing have been delivered , the customer service agents are not responding

    Not trustworthy
    I ordered for my sister flowers, with a gift, as I am far trom her this year. I payd extra money to be delivered same day.
    I received the time slot betwin 6pm-9pm.
    Flower has not arrived.
    And finally I received an email will be delivered next day.
    No answer on phon call, same email same WhatsApp
    I am not sure if I will have them delivred in to the morning or refund.
    Unacceptable.

    Horrible company
    This is the 2nd time I got conned with this company that only shows me they are used to not deliver on your indication or not deliver at all.
    Bad communication as they won’t bother to reply to emails,
    Try to give you as compensation another delivery, who will need that?… such a lame company.
    Imagine that: they still deliver the flowers after 9 days, obviously dead flowers! even tough I cancel any kind of delivery or suggested option
    Finally after a long insistence I got my refund, at least!

    Horrible customer service ever
    Ordered Flowers to get delivery on Sunday and flowers never arrived , today is Tuesday and I’m still waiting for it ,
    Unprofessional customer service, talk to senior manager and said they will get in touch with me the day after, but I never hear back from them, keep try the phone number but the line are busy all the time , I spoke to someone on the phone but the drop the phone !
    Never and ever again !

    Paguei mais caro para ser entregue no dia, porém só entregaram no dia seguinte a tarde.
    Atendimento ao cliente pelo WhatsApp e e-mail são efetivos, tive resposta pelos 2 lugares.
    Positivo: flores são lindas, de qualidade excelente, atendimento ao cliente ágil
    Negativo: entregue fora do prazo, não recebi a foto das flores antes do envio.

    Is not scam ,the best shop whit flowers
    I made the order for birthday my mother-in-law and the next day by 1 o’clock they delivered my order with the roses, very beautiful … the mother-in-law was very surprised how beautiful it was and as a gift from you (candies) thank you very much and I will definitely come back
