To the unsuspecting consumers: THIS Is ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Please avoid. You are warned already. They would promise same day delivery but won’t deliver, and won’t pick your calls. If they pick your call they would waste your time.
I believe the 5 stars reviews for this company are not from normal consumers, they are scam reviews by the owners on the business. Don’t believe the positive reviews no matter how sweet it sounds. Again, you are warned. Don’t be desperate for flower delivery, you will be scammed!

You can’t get through it constantly disconnects, order flowers for same day delivery for my DIL 21st birthday it’s now Wednesday and nothing.
They called me Monday said they couldn’t deliver, I called them back and they could, received a text saying they’d be delivered, then received a WhatsApp to say couldn’t, another later on saying we will look into it. I want a full refund…. Answer your msgs and phone calls to your customers..

I ordered flowers for same day delivery as per the website, only to be sent a whatsapp message later on the same day to say they had sent the flowers but they will arrive the next day. I asked for them not to be sent and get a refund as I didn’t want them to arrive a day late, the only reason I ordered them in the first place was because they were showing same day delivery.

I am writing to express my dismay at the service I received from your company on 8th June 2024.
I ordered 50 white roses and paid £70 with same day delivery.
More than 3 hours after placing the order, I tried to contact them by phone, but I didn’t succeed.
I wrote to them on WhatsApp and they answered me late. I wanted to make sure if the flowers will be delivered today.
The lady on the phone told me that they don’t have 50 roses at the moment and that they will deliver the order tomorrow.
After which they told me that I live too far away and that they will not be able to deliver the order. What is totally wrong.After the lady on the phone apologized and told me that it was a misunderstanding and that the flowers will be delivered today..

They sent me pink roses.. I contacted again and I was very angry.
These flowers were supposed to be given to my mother and she hates the color pink 🫤🤦♀️😤 … I said that I am not satisfied with the order and to refund my money.. It was the first and last order from them. The lady told me that I can’t get the money back..please avoid, they are not serious. The bouquet is very small. I lost £70 for nothing..
On Monday the manager needs to contact me so I am so curious what excuses they will find…
