    Rediculous
    Firstly I ordered from what I thought was a florist. Not an agent! I live Midlands, flowers for a 75 year old lady in Slough. Delivery booked for 5/5/24 website said a pic of your gift will be sent prior to delivery. No pic and no delivery. I contacted My flowers who eventually sent a tracking number for Royal Mail and a pic of an open door of recipient. I quickly noticed the door opened the wrong way and the hallway was lime green.. wrong. I messaged again and was sent a pic of random flowers nothing like my choice supermarket quality wrapped in brown paper and a small box of ferrro rochet ( not what I ordered. In an undisclosed location. To find they were left at n industrial unit over a minute away. I was told the 75 year old could collect. This is now 9pm at night!!
    I told them it was unacceptable and the agreed to resend my original order out again on Tuesday. I said I need a picture. Waited all day, have cctv footage of lady’s door, no delivery. I asked for a tracking number at 5.30 pm I continued to message with no reply up until 10pm giving them enough time. No response. I told them I was happy to go to court and I wanted a refund. No response. Just appalling . Please do no use this company, if I hadn’t paid via PayPal I would most likely not seen a penny back, more importantly the lady didn’t receive her gift and their attitude towards the whole situation was rude and uninterested to resolve. I spent an hour ordering and two days arguing and trying to sort this. Absolutely disgusting and should be stopped trading.

    order never received. Try to contact them all this time but only received apologies of them. Will NEVER use them again. Don't trust them
    I order with them 2 days before the delivery day. And never received my order. Try to contact them all the time, and only received apologies. Never response on the phone number. DONT TRUST THEM

    The 106 pound order I paid was all wrong and incomplete, they ruined my surprise. Definitely do not shop from this place again.

    One happy wife! Thank you
    I send my wife roses every week without fail and have used a variety of suppliers, Found this company online and thought I’d give them a try. When my delivery date needed to be changed for unforeseen circumstances, I was worried but needn’t have been, the customer service team were excellent, they kept me updated and a stunning bouquet of 25 long stem roses was delivered by 9am the following day, my wife was so happy with them, she is my whole world and deserves the best, thank you for making her day. Highly recommend this company, I will be using them again

    Flowers
    I paid for same day delivery but was told it would not come the same day after payment but for compensation I got a free gift and the flowers upsized. The quality of the flowers and the packaging was very good and I would highly recommend.

    Don’t recommend to anyone
    Bought a Sunshine Bouquet for my girlfriend only for the sunflowers. They all came dead. I contacted customer service straight away with a picture. I tried my best to revive them with the best tips I can find online and then with the ones from the customer service. They also told me they will send another one if these don’t revive. They just got worse over time. They were frail and small, nothing like the photos on their website. In the end, after making me waste more time to contact their team through email, they basically said I didn’t take proper care of them and they will give me 30% discount. I don’t need a discount as obviously no one would want to buy again from a company that prides itself with dead flowers. Do not buy, you will be disappointed and left frustrated. I would add pictures but I do not think it allows me

    Amazing
    The team at my flowers where extremely helpful I had to postpone my order due to my friend going in to hospital, they was quick at responding and so helpful scheduling a new date for when she returned home. They even upgraded the size bouquet at no extra cost. Will return flowers are beautiful also!

    Had two issues one issue with the name that was listed called customer who more than happy to change an had a issue with delivery times was kept up to date with new times

    I had made a last minute order and it was difficult to fulfill at the time I had made the order and customer service were able to reach out to me and help come to a resolution that would fulfill my order at another time of my choice.

    WORSE ONLINE PURCHASE!! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!
    I have prefer a bunch of flowers on the 27th of April for my anniversary on the 28th April. The flowers never arrived. I have write a email to this company and it wasn’t a clear communication. Today is 1st of MAY and I DID NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS YET!!!!
    I have asked for a full refund on few emails and WhatsApp ( as they don’t provide with a contact number).
    Instead of the refund I received couple of emails offering a discount for “next orders”.
    To end this VERY VERY POOR service, they blamed the courier company instead of apologizing for their REALLY BAD SERVICE.
    They ruined my anniversary surprise for my gf. The flowers are not cheap tbh.

    Worst online purchase experience of my life
    1 star is way too much for this terrible company. Payed for same delivery on the 24/04. They have promised to deliver on several occasions, however, as of 1/05 they have delivered nothing. Currently they haven’t responded to my three last emails and I’m just shocked of the lack of respect and customer service. Horrible company
