I requested a 9am-12pm delivery window and when nothing had arrived by 4pm, I tried calling (no response), emailing (nothing) and eventually, got a response on WhatsApp that my order was delayed but “it’s on the vehicle for delivery, we also hurried the driver up” (their exact words).
I asked for an update an hour later, then two hours later, and got nothing. It’s pretty clear that they’re ignoring me because they never sent the flowers and have scammed me out of my money.
AVOID at all costs and ask your bank to refund your money. I’ve reported this company for fraud.

Quality of flowers-poor, customer service – poor, value for money – 0.
I wish I could attach the images of roten flowers and a rookie card that was added to the order.
I have contacted customer service, requesting an explanation for such a terrible order quality – no response.
