    Worst company ever
    Avoid them!!
    Unprofessional and rude.
    No delivery and no contact to inform delivery won’t happen. Paid extra for delivery but no delivery at all.

    Terrible communication, very late delivery
    Flowers were ordered for a sick relative under the guise of quick delivery. Four days later they arrived after numerous conversations with MyFlowers over both email and WhatsApp. Their unhelpful comments included writing in the middle of the night how much they apologise and offering me a 30% discount on my next order with the promo code “sorry30”. Would be funny if it wasn’t so embarrassingly earnest.

    Poor customer service, terrible communication, always someone else to blame.

    flowers never sent.
    i order flowers 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. i paid extra for priority delivery. i spent thanksgiving afternoon tracking flowers that never came. agents said flowers would come by 6:00 and they would refund me the priority fee. by 7:00 still no flowers.your company ruined my thanksgiving and made a dear friend feel forgotten. i will never purchase anything from yourflowers.com. i would rate this company zero stars,this was a complete failure

    Flowers and Candles
    Flowers and Candles ordered.

    It wasn’t delivered within the time frame but it was still delivered same day. The service and delivery was swift. Im disappointed though because I ordered candles and flowers – they replaced the candles with chocolates with no explanation. I found out because the recipient can’t eat chocolate and obviously pointed this out upon receipt. Not sure I’ll order again. Flowers were ok though

    This organisation is a scam. They ask for more money and never deliver anything. This organisation takes advantage of people trying to send flowers to loved ones. Do not use under any circumstance .

    Do not trust
    My boyfriend ordered flowers for our anniversary on 2/11. The company blamed traffic, then lack of stock to then fail again after 3rd delivery attempt.

    Overpromising. Offered to send a picture of the bouquet before postage but we never received it.

    They keep offering to add more flowers / chocolates and deliver the next day

    Very disappointing quality
    Within two days all flowers were wilted and and very few opened fully.
    No possibility of getting that moment back.

    Dissapointing
    The bouquet delivered did not look like the one from the site at all as I sent My husband a copy of the picture shon in the site. I did ask for a picture on the arrival. Never got it, only a msm confirming the delivery. I complained and they sent me a picture from the flowers delivered. Still nothing to do with the ones I ordered. Never again.

    Do not use my flowers is a SCAM !
    My flower never arrived, good that I paid via Paypal and requested a refund. They don’t email you back , only reply late on WhatsApp and nothing was sorted out . Don’t waste your time, money and energy on this unprofessional company.

    Do Not Use MyFlowers.co.uk
    Do not use Myflowers.com. The presentation of flowers and message was embarrassing, the flowers were a present to celebrate milestone in my fiancés career. The message was poorly printed and taped to the back of a birthday card??? I can’t believe how bad the presentation was. I paid for premium roses and got delivered small roses which were not even arranged well. The customer service when raising the dissatisfaction was also despicable. They ignored 2 emails. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. I then used their what’s app contact and was told I could have a 20% discount on another purchase with them. I refused and requested a refund as I will never be placing an order with this company again! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
