    It’s a scam - lost money
    Very bad service – possibly no service at all! They demand more money for deliveries which never happens – when you try to co tact this company, you have a robotic voice on the landline and no one is answering their email. Also what’s up message is used by them only to ask more money. My order was never delivered and money are not refunded. Stay away if you do not want to loose money!

    Scam!
    The flowers were paid, never arrived and they even did not ask where to deliver it. Definitely scam. Impossible to contact them through mail, phone or whattsapp.

    Diabolical service
    Flowers were not left with neighbours which I would have thought would be common sense with fresh flowers as the recipient was not at home . Instead they were redelivered 3 days later. The box was completely smashed and the flowers were either crushed or snapped.
    I have sent 3 emails and sat on my phone 6 times for over 45 minutes and not been answered.
    Your advert says either ring or email but no-one ever replies. This is not acceptable.

    Avoid it’s a scam its disgusting that Google and Trust pilot are backing this horrible lie ..they all should be ashamed of themselves!

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
    One of the worst experiences ever!!! Flowers ordered yesterday for the same day delivery, first message that they are deeply sorry but the driver will be late (from 12-3) to 6-9pm, probably expecting people to just sit all day and wait for the Flowers. Next thing you know they deeply apologize because“the situation in London” made it impossible to deliver the flowers at all. So they proposed a new slot for 9-12pm NEXT day with complimentary upgrade (case or teddy). Next day come and who would guess it, another apology but the situation in London still makes it really hard for them to deliver flowers, another complimentary gift offered..finally the flowers arrived and instead of a 65£ bouquet we received a small flowers, complete different colour, Type of flowers .. all WRONG AND NO CASE OR TEDDY of course, at this point I’m just waiting for a refund and will be sure to never never use this shop again, I’ve also spend 30min on phone for them to never pick up, please just go with different provider, this is the most disappointing service ever

    AVOID
    Really gutted about my experience with MyFlowers. I paid for a delivery that never showed up, and now they’ve gone radio silent on me. I’ve tried messaging and calling, but no one’s picking up or getting back to me. Really feels like they’ve taken my money and run.
    Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your flowers. Would not recommend.

    Avoid at all costs.

    Scam business
    The service is very bad. I placed an order for my sister’s graduation, and not only did they not deliver on time, but the chocolates were missing too. The flowers were not fresh, and I had to contact them all the time to make it happen. The surprise I wanted to give my sister did not come true due to their irresponsibility. Even after requesting a refund for all of this, they didn’t even respond. Never order from this company.

    Avoid at all costs!!!
    I have ordered £140 red roses. Tried calling, texting, because I need it to arrive on time. Very late reply in the evening saying all is fine with my order. In the morning they texted saying they ran out of the flowers I’ve ordered. I’ve picked something since I didn’t have time to go shop elsewhere. Asked like 10 times for it to be delivered ON TIME. Delivery was from 9 to 12. 12:05 I’ve left late to work. Someone rang me 2pm to say they had delivery for flowers. They were left by the door. I had to call my mum to come from far to get them so maybe could be sent by Uber but the package was damaged, water won’t keep and the flowers were going to stay without water until next day. flowers were not as the photo. Had to go to high street shop buy new flowers. Texted them that no longer wanted those flowers and explained all the reason and asked them to come collect they refused to refund me. be aware!!!!!

    This is a SCAM
    Don’t order flowers from this company . They take your money quickly but the flowers never arrive and there ios no way to contact them.

    Don’t do it . They are crooks.

    Do not use my flowers
    My flowers didn’t deliver the flowers as supposed on my partner’s birthday, they do not answer the phone however the system keeps you waiting on the phone like if someone will eventually answer but no one will. I wasted hours on the phone with no result. They don’t email you back. They only reply late on WhatsApp. They are unreliable, unreachable and not to be used. The flowers came a day later at 21:10 and they had promised to send something with it like chocolate or a teddy which they didn’t. Don’t waste your time, money and energy on this unprofessional company.

    Do Not use these people
    My friends sent me flowers for my birthday. Flowers came way way past their sell buy date. All the flower were brown and should have been baby pink coronations, so upsetting my friends wasted their money.

    They still have not delivered the flowers (its been over a week!) they do not answer phone calls, they do not reply emails, they were contactable on whatsapp (messages only! No calls!) for a bit and now ignore whatsapp messages. They are a scam! Avoid them!

    CALL THEM FIRST AND YOULL REALISE ITS SCAM
    I do not believe that these reviews are real. Check their Facebook and Instagram comments (before they delete) you will see many people asking to be contacted as they all (including myself) have been trying to contact anyone and no service provided but taken our money. One text message to confirm flowers will be on time and then nothing after. Try call them before you place an order and you’ll see what i mean. SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID.
