    Beautiful flowers, timely delivery, very happy grandma!
    I ordered flowers very last minute the night before, for my grandma who was going in for an operation the following morning. I selected a medium bunch and chose a delivery time (even though I ordered after 6pm), and they arrived perfectly within the one-hour window. The driver followed my delivery instructions exactly, and my grandma was absolutely delighted with the flowers and the packaging. A week later, they’re still going strong and looking beautiful. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

    Lost flowers
    The delivery firm ( YODEL) lost flowers, after missing the delivery time slot. I called up and they were quickly replaced. Highly recommended

    Flowers from MyFlowers were TERRIBLE!!!
    We ordered flowers for our sister-in-law who just lost her father. The bouquet arrived with more greenery than flowers (NOT what the picture on their site looked like) and the flowers were dry and/or drooping. A follow-up email to their site about the poor state of the bouquet with pictures of their add and what we recieved, resulted in a response saying we should put the flowers in water and add plant food.

    You cannot revive wilted flowers (especially roses)!

    The worst flowers and false marketing I’ve ever seen
    Absolutely shocking service – deeply disappointed.
    I ordered a flower arrangement and paid extra to receive the same size as shown in the advertised photo. What arrived was half the size – completely underwhelming and not what I paid for.
    On top of that, I purchased balloons to be included, but they weren’t delivered. Instead, a tiny teddy bear was thrown in as a replacement without even informing me. This was meant to be a thoughtful surprise, but it ended up being a complete embarrassment.
    I’ve contacted customer service and received a vague apology but that doesn’t come close to making up for the experience.

    I won’t be ordering from here again.

    It was okay, but…
    The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and the packaging was of excellent quality and care. The only downside was that I ordered delivery for a specific time slot, which cost extra – but Royal Mail delivered it in the morning… so much for the surprise!

    Purchased flowers for the first time with
    MyFlowers and I was not disappointed. They arrived via Royal Mail and after 1-2 days looked fantastic. Will be ordering with them again. Give them a try…

    Flowers to Manchester
    Very poor service. Ordered flowers with gift postcard where was mentioned my name. Company delivered my flowers thru third party delivery company and represetative cant explain who recieved flowers lol. After few days reciever told me that they didnt give any postcard. I recomend do not use this company service at all.
