They will also not give you your money back if ‘she doesn’t like the bouquet’ as they say on the website. They’ll just give a tiny proportion as a credit note. Who in their right mind would want to spend anymore money with this company is beyond me. AVOID!!!!!

Ordered flowers last minute for my daughter’s birthday.
The site says put your address so we can let you know when delivery will be. I did as instructed and the site says delivery the next day which was a Sunday. No information that it will just be within London as my address was not clearly in London.
I then received an email confirming my delivery the next day stating the date and time.
When nothing arrived, I called to follow up and was told I should have read everything on the site! And delivery will be the day after which was a Monday.
A refund was not available because it has been dispatched except it won’t get to me on the date required.
They then delivered it a day late only with one item missing!
Totally disappointed daughter for her birthday. It was meant to be a surprise!
Requested for a full refund but no response! Expensive for such a bad service!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
It is a scam to get your money with very bad service and bad customer service complaints handling.

I Googled “same day flowers delivery Shrewsbury” and a paid listing for MyFlowers was top of the results.
This means that MyFlowers specifically pay for this advert to show when people Google that term.
The advert clearly stated that they did same day delivery in Shrewsbury.
I clicked through to their site, chose a bouquet and went to pay.
I put in my nan’s address in Shrewsbury and it let me pick delivery for that day, and pay £15 extra for delivery before 6pm. I then paid, with these options selected.
Once I had paid, the website showed my delivery to be the next day.
I immediately rang them and their customer service said that they do not offer same day delivery anywhere outside London!
I asked for the order to be cancelled and to be fully refunded. They said they had to get a manager to phone me back.
Half an hour later a ‘manager’ called me and instead of agreeing to process my refund, kept trying to upsell me to keep my order, offering me incentives like a free teddy bear!
I was firm that I wanted to cancel, and they said that they had to get another manager to authorise that and that they would phone me back within half an hour.
Four hours later I had heard nothing, so I rang them and got told that a manager had to call me back again.
I was extremely clear that all I wanted was to cancel and receive a full refund. The person who rang me back was extremely insistent that I should take the added incentives instead and told me that she ‘needed to understand why I wasn’t taking them’. Finally she agreed to a refund, but said it would take five working days.
Seven working days later I had not received the refund, so I phoned up and was told it was because there was a difficulty with my bank. I had paid via PayPal, which has an extremely simple refund service.
I threatened to take them to the small claims court and miraculously, the refund was processed half an hour later! This time I got an email saying that they had had a technical fault.
All along the line they have been deceptive and obstructive – from false advertising about offering same day delivery in Shrewsbury (I have kept screenshots of the advert, so don’t try to deny it MyFlowers), to making me speak to multiple people to get a simple refund, then holding on to my money for longer than they said they would and only issuing a refund when I chased them.
Appalling service, I strongly suggest you avoid.

My husband used My Flowers to purchase me a bouquet of flowers for my first Mother’s Day.
What a waste of time. This order has caused me nothing but stress and disappointment since it arrived.
Firstly he chose a delivery date which was completely ignored. Why have the choice of a delivery date if you have no intentions of delivering said product on this date? The bouquet therefore was delivered whilst we were out the following day.
There was no water around the stems of the flowers. There were “hydrobeads” included but these had burst and were rolling around the box.
Then there were the flowers themselves. Well, they were absolutely pathetic. Absolutely nothing like the picture shown on their website, all flowers were dry thanks to the lack of water, and have continued to get worse. I don’t actually know why I have kept them in the vase and not thrown them out.
My husband has complained and has received the most infuriating response. Instead of holding their hands up that the bouquet I received is unacceptable, they have tried to justify the mess that was sent to me. The stated that the pictures on the website “are for illustrative purposes only.” Now, I am well aware that we weren’t receiving the EXACT bunch of flowers shown on their website, however I was expecting my bouquet to include the flowers used.
They have then offered my husband a partial refund and complimentary bunch of flowers including links to said bouquets. This is unacceptable. The day has passed and they have not provided the product which was paid for and advertised.
They have also stated that it would not be “fair” that we have received the product and for my husband to be refunded. What is not fair is paying upwards of £60 for a bunch of flowers for a special occasion, and delivering a product nothing like what they have advertised.
I will be following through with a complaint to trading standards as this company is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

I paid 45 pounds for a beautiful large bouquet. I received a tiny bouquet, with very small, very poor quality flowers. I don’t think they were worth more than 10 or 15 pounds. It’s a disgrace.
They ruin special days.

I was allowed to select a date and time slot for the same day.
Somewhere between clicking to pay, and paying, it changed the date to the following day.
I immediately contacted them to request to change it back or cancel and refund.
They have refused to refund me. They say that in their t&c it states only London area is covered by that option – how about putting that on the home page! They said as “good will” they will refund 30%.
No work was done on my order and no flowers processed, I contacted them and cancelled within minutes.
Their own website states “If you feel the need to change or cancel the order, you can only do so before our courier leaves to deliver the product.” I clearly cancelled well before that.
In various correspondence, they have failed to answer my question of how do they justify keeping my money when they did nothing.

To make things worse:
Customer service is non-existent – I had to dig through their website just to find a working phone number, and when I finally got through after 30+ minutes on hold, the agent couldn’t care less and simply said, “They’ll arrive on the 16th.” No apology, no solution.
False advertising – Their website clearly promises same-day delivery, but that’s a complete lie. Nowhere during checkout did they mention any “terms” allowing them to push delivery to whenever they feel like.
Flowers were the WRONG ones and poor quality – I ordered 35 hot pink roses, but what arrived looked nothing like the picture and were barely worth a fiver at a supermarket.
Refused a proper refund – Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a pathetic 15-30% refund and a discount on my next order. Why would I EVER order from them again?!
This company needs to be reported to Trading Standards for misleading advertising and scamming customers out of their hard-earned money. If you care about quality, honesty, or even just basic customer service, stay FAR away from MyFlowers.co.uk.
I’ve already escalated this to my bank for a chargeback and will ensure others don’t fall for this disgraceful service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
