That is genuinely the dumbest thing ever. If i wanted it the next day i would’ve ordered it for then but i needed it way earlier than that. To be transparent if you need the flowers ordered the same day, just avoid it, its a scam. I work in compliance and can tell you for free, they’re jumping through a loop hole of giving you what you ordered but a whole day later so chances of a successful chargeback are slim to none. I will still be raising a chargeback on grounds of goods/services not described. You are very dishonest.

They arranged for a replacement bouquet to be delivered and also refunded 30% of the delivery fee. I was extremely surprised—in the best possible way—by their dedication to making things right. I ordered flowers for my mother’s milestone birthday. They did not arrive at the day, moreover arrived late and damaged, with broken and wilted stems that looked tired and cheap.
Customer service was even worse—they provided incorrect tracking information as “proof” of a failed delivery attempt, even though no one showed up and my mother was home all day. Instead of taking responsibility, they sent me flower care tips—as if hydration could fix broken stems.
This was supposed to be a small, meaningful gift on a special day.
Completely unacceptable service. Avoid this company.

I told them that and then they changed the reason why “the order involve a product that wouldn’t be delivered outside of London” due to “it doesn’t transport well”.
I made original purchase on the 14th They told me that I should expect to wait a maximum of five working days from today to get my money back, five days will be the 25nd. I still need to get my dad a present for fathers day.

I wanted same day delivery flowers. This website was the top hit on google. I went through the booking system selecting today for delivery. I then received a confirmation email for TOMORROW! I tried to call my flowers straight away and couldn’t get through. I tried again and got through within the hour. I was told that I COULD NOT get a refund and after speaking to Diane the very unhelpful finance manager was told that I could have what’s app although I had tried to call immediately. I was offered 15% back!

There was no proof of delivery, no photo, no signature, and absolutely no sign of the flowers. I had to buy replacements locally at the last minute, completely defeating the purpose of ordering in advance.
Customer service responded with a generic message and offered a discount voucher instead of a refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product I paid for.
Save yourself the stress — DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a large bouquet £40 in the morning for same day delivery as advertised. I opted for the between 6pm and 9pm delivery. The flowers didn’t arrive. I contacted by email ‘support at my Flowers’ only to be told that they were being delivered the next day but ROYAL MAIL. between 8am and 6pm. I explained it wasn’t acceptable as the reciever would be away. I wanted a full refund. After approx 14 emails back and forth, I was astonished by the attitude of the so called support. They are THE NEXT in fact posted from LONDON. The next day I recieved a call saying they had been delivered and sadly they were not in good condition 12 stems of roses of which 3 were drooped wilted and dead.,Also the quality of the roses were terrible. I contacted support again sent a photo saying I wasn’t happy and nor would the recipient be…if she was there. To which I was offered an £8 refund and a sheet on ‘ How to look after my flowers’! So don’t belive all the promises on the advertising. I refused the £8 ..it was insulting. So beware.
