    This organisation is a scam. They ask for more money and never deliver anything. This organisation takes advantage of people trying to send flowers to loved ones. Do not use under any circumstance .

    Do not trust
    My boyfriend ordered flowers for our anniversary on 2/11. The company blamed traffic, then lack of stock to then fail again after 3rd delivery attempt.

    Overpromising. Offered to send a picture of the bouquet before postage but we never received it.

    They keep offering to add more flowers / chocolates and deliver the next day

    Very disappointing quality
    Within two days all flowers were wilted and and very few opened fully.
    No possibility of getting that moment back.

    Dissapointing
    The bouquet delivered did not look like the one from the site at all as I sent My husband a copy of the picture shon in the site. I did ask for a picture on the arrival. Never got it, only a msm confirming the delivery. I complained and they sent me a picture from the flowers delivered. Still nothing to do with the ones I ordered. Never again.

    Do not use my flowers is a SCAM !
    My flower never arrived, good that I paid via Paypal and requested a refund. They don’t email you back , only reply late on WhatsApp and nothing was sorted out . Don’t waste your time, money and energy on this unprofessional company.

    Do Not Use MyFlowers.co.uk
    Do not use Myflowers.com. The presentation of flowers and message was embarrassing, the flowers were a present to celebrate milestone in my fiancés career. The message was poorly printed and taped to the back of a birthday card??? I can’t believe how bad the presentation was. I paid for premium roses and got delivered small roses which were not even arranged well. The customer service when raising the dissatisfaction was also despicable. They ignored 2 emails. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. I then used their what’s app contact and was told I could have a 20% discount on another purchase with them. I refused and requested a refund as I will never be placing an order with this company again! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

    It’s a scam - lost money
    Very bad service – possibly no service at all! They demand more money for deliveries which never happens – when you try to co tact this company, you have a robotic voice on the landline and no one is answering their email. Also what’s up message is used by them only to ask more money. My order was never delivered and money are not refunded. Stay away if you do not want to loose money!

    Scam!
    The flowers were paid, never arrived and they even did not ask where to deliver it. Definitely scam. Impossible to contact them through mail, phone or whattsapp.

    Diabolical service
    Flowers were not left with neighbours which I would have thought would be common sense with fresh flowers as the recipient was not at home . Instead they were redelivered 3 days later. The box was completely smashed and the flowers were either crushed or snapped.
    I have sent 3 emails and sat on my phone 6 times for over 45 minutes and not been answered.
    Your advert says either ring or email but no-one ever replies. This is not acceptable.
