They don’t mention that delivery date is not guaranteed, so if you have wedding, funeral etc. your flowers may come on a different day.
Customer service is unhelpful and most likely a bot. Avoid.

They are blaming it on their chosen courier yet refusing to speak to them or refund my money. They have basically stolen my money as any delivery now is pointless and the flowers will soon die.

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience as the recipient of flowers from MyFlowers, sent to me with so much love and thoughtfulness by someone who truly wanted to make me smile. Instead, the entire experience left us both upset and embarrassed.
🌹 First Order (New Year’s): The flowers were supposed to arrive on January 1st, but they were late by two days, arriving on the 3rd. When they finally came, they were dry, brittle, and lifeless. Some stems were damaged, and within 48 hours, the bouquet had to be thrown away. Knowing the effort and love the sender put into this gift made it all the more heartbreaking.
🌹 Second Order (January 24th): Despite the disaster of the first order, the sender decided to give MyFlowers another chance, hoping to surprise me. This time, the flowers were meant to arrive on January 24th. However, I received a text from Royal Mail saying there was a delay due to rerouting. By the time the bouquet was delivered the following day, the flowers were worse than the first order—damaged, wilted, and far from fresh.
On top of that, the card included in the bouquet was so poorly printed that the ink was faded, and the message was barely readable. Knowing how much care and love went into planning this surprise only to have it ruined broke my heart.
What’s even more frustrating is the stress and disappointment this caused the sender. They were so embarrassed and upset over how this thoughtful gesture turned into such a disaster. Instead of making them smile, it added unnecessary stress and left them feeling let down.
It’s not just about the flowers—it’s about the love and thought behind the gesture. MyFlowers completely failed on every level. Their poor quality, delayed deliveries, and lack of professionalism have ruined two special moments for us.
To anyone considering ordering from them for a loved one, don’t. It’s not worth the disappointment, stress, or embarrassment.
🌹 A thoughtful gift like flowers should bring happiness, not heartbreak—and unfortunately, MyFlowers doesn’t seem to understand that. 🌹
* Photos will be available on my social media platforms as i could not upload here, to witness the poor quality disaster roses both deliveries had. Don’t Risk and Think again, Use Professionals for beautiful special moments like this.

I wanted to surprise my fiancée with flowers for her birthday. I chose MyFlowers.co.uk because they advertised a same-day delivery service, which I was willing to pay a premium for. I paid around £10 additional to have the flowers delivered hand-to-hand between 12 pm and 3 pm on her birthday. The order was accepted, and I even received a confirmation email stating that the flowers would be delivered on the same day within the specified time slot.
After placing the order, I noticed that the confirmation email was missing the house number from the delivery address. I quickly contacted their customer support to provide the full address, ensuring there would be no issues with the delivery.
To my shock, I received a response from the company stating that the flowers would be delivered the next day because the address was not in London, despite the fact that they had charged me extra for same-day delivery. The postal code in my order was for Bradford, and their system had already confirmed the same-day delivery. When I pointed this out and explained that the delivery delay would ruin the birthday surprise (my fiancée wouldn’t even be home the next day), their team showed no willingness to resolve the issue.
I asked for a cancellation and a refund since they could not fulfill the service they had promised. Shockingly, they refused, citing their “30-minute refund policy.” This policy was completely unreasonable in this context because I would never have placed the order if they hadn’t falsely confirmed that same-day delivery was possible.
In the end, MyFlowers.co.uk completely ruined my special surprise and left me feeling cheated. They charged me for a service they could not provide and refused to offer a full refund.
I strongly advise against using MyFlowers.co.uk. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and refusal to take accountability are unacceptable. Don’t make the same mistake I did – choose a more reliable florist for your special occasions!
