    Avoid This Company at All Costs
    I ordered an extra-large bouquet, a Happy Birthday balloon, and a card for my elderly mother’s birthday. Living abroad, I don’t get to see her often, so I wanted to make her day special. What arrived was a complete embarrassment—a tiny bouquet missing flowers, not enough to fill even a small vase, and no balloon at all.

    When I contacted customer service, I was met with denial and absolute refusal to issue a refund. Their website claims, “She’ll LOVE it, or it’s FREE!”—but clearly, this is just an empty promise. Not only did they fail to deliver what I paid for, but their dismissive and contemptuous attitude added insult to injury.

    This experience left me feeling scammed, upset, and deeply disappointed. A refund could have been an easy way to rectify the situation, but instead, this company chose to pocket my money without delivering what was promised.

    Save yourself the frustration and embarrassment—support a local florist instead. I wish I had. This is a nasty company with zero respect for its customers

    poor service, Misselling
    Missold same day delivery, shows option, charges premium but can’t deliver… then you cant cancel order and their customer service is poor. don’t buy from this company

    Careless to the point they don’t even plan to deliver order on the day it’s been scheduled and not contacting to inform , absolutely not reliable.

    Good service
    They did not have the box of chocolates i ordered with the flowers so they replaced them with a different kind and gave me the difference on my account. The flowers were lovely and my partner loved them.

    DO NOT ORDEE FROM THOS COMPANY
    I orderd flowers which were delivered to the wrong address. I was provided a photograph of the door they had been delivered to….this was not the correct address and I proved this. They will not refund my money just keep saying I have to have flowers redelivered or on hold until I place another order. This is not as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 re. Misdelivery.

    Terrible service
    TERRIBLE SERVICE, my partner purchased a large bouquet of flowers from my flowers for when I got home from holiday over the Christmas and new year period
    1st they were not delivered on the date they said they would be, he had to chase them to find out where they were.
    2nd when they did arrive late and sent it threw Royal Mail because they had royaly frigged it up and had forgotten the order.
    3rd the followers were a small bouquet and not a large bouquet that was ordered.
    4th we contacted my flowers to inform them off the mistake. They then told us that they had run out of certain flowers and were replaced with equal value. If equal value if a third of the flowers ordered and almost dead then god knows what the actual large bouquet what have looked like. Would have been very disappoint as more than £50 was spent.
    5th we explained that this can’t be right and on the websites it states if your not happy that you will get your money back. Which they did not.
    6th they then said that they could only offer 30% off the next purchase. Which they knew we would not be going back.
    7th my partner then said if you do not give me my money back or send the correct followers he will leave a bad review. So he did…
    8th they have now contacted him to ask him to take the review down.
    This company is a shambles. Do not deliver and have stolen at least £30 of my partners money. They have turned a lovely gesture of flowers into a terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

    Very bad experience
    We looked for a company which would do delivery on the 1st of January specifically. We ordered the flowers and paid for them. On the 1st January after the delivery time finished and the flowers had not arrived, I hadn’t heard from them so I contacted them. They replied saying that due to the holidays it was not possible to do the delivery and they offered me to send them 2 days later. After I told them I wanted to cancel the order because this is not what I wanted, they said it is only possible within 30 minutes of placing the order. Obviously at that point I didn’t know they wouldn’t be capable of delivering the flowers at the organised time. They offered me to upgrade the size of the selected bouquet.
    2 days later the flowers arrived but they were completely different to the ones that I had ordered. After complaining, they said that this was their policy. Selecting a bouquet seems to be pointless when they just send whatever they have to hand. Ordinarily if something is out of stock, you are made aware of this rather than letting you buy it and then sending a different product.
    In summary: Neither what we wanted nor when we wanted, with no prior warning. Their response was largely a shrug.

    Did not receive the service I paid for. Refund refused
    Paid for flowers, card and balloon to be delivered on a specific day. Delivery didn’t arrive. Was refused a refund. The next day, part of the order arrived and was accepted by a neighbour (the flowers). Was only offered twenty percent off future orders. I have raised a dispute via my bank as I have not received the goods or services paid for. Note that this company has been kicked off other review sites for paying people to withdraw negative reviews. Not a good look.

    Amazing service .. small hiccup with my Order .. I was emailed personally by staff and issue was resolved very quickly.
    Very helpful and professional
    Would recommend and will definately use again

    Flowers arrived brown on the edges and bruised
    Flowers arrived on time but arrived bruised and brown edges. Poor quality control. Partner was left disappointed instead of happy.
    Customer service team was unhelpful and didn’t match what I expected to be a fair and equitable outcome

    Bad bad company scam
    I spend offer 180$ 2 days before Christmas. They have guarantee delivery in 3 hours. Today is Christmas and they did not deliver package. They will not deliver today and they don’t care. Their WhatsApp support just read messages annd never replies back and their call center is hopeless. THEY JUST MANAGE TO SPOIL CHRISTMAS FOR SOMEONE !!!

    2 days after , they told me they will upscale package and send package with extra roses .
    Order was for 100 roses , the only sent 50 roses …they stole 50 roses and did not give any extra roses
    They did not send candle that I also bought with delivery, balon was empty ..

    THIS company is a scam , if you read reviews they do this stuff all the time . People stay away from this company !!

    High credibility and cooperation
    I have dealt with myflowers company and found that they have high credibility, cooperate with customers and provide the best services. Their flowers are very beautiful. I wish them more success.

    absolutely disappointed
    i placed an order to have flowers delivered on the 21st they didn’t arrive until 2 days later and i had ordered a stuffed bear to go with the gift and they did not send it because “it didn’t fit in the box” i am so disappointed with this company. never ordering from here again.
