My order was time sensitive so l paid £52 and selected next day delivery. The company failed to deliver my order. I then requested a refund which they are refusing to process after they failed to deliver. They keep trying to offer late delivery, which defeats the purpose of timely delivery.
So, they took my money, did not deliver any flowers. Now they refuse to return the money.

I honestly feel ripped off – I could have bought a much bigger bouquet from Tesco for £20. The whole experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I paid extra for same-day delivery, but the flowers were not delivered the next day as promised. Now, they’re telling me the flowers will arrive on the third day, which completely defeats the purpose and raises serious concerns about freshness.
When I contacted their customer service to cancel the order, they claimed it couldn’t be canceled because it had already been prepared. This is not only misleading but also unfair. Why charge customers for a “Same-Day Delivery” service that you clearly cannot fulfill?
This company’s service is unacceptable, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Their advertising claims flowers can be delivered “within hours,” but they fail to deliver even after multiple days.
If you value reliability, transparency, and quality, avoid MyFlowers at all costs. They take your money, fail to deliver on promises, and offer no real resolution to their failures.

My one hitch though, there should be pictures that show the different sizes of bouquets, or maybe there was, idk. Another small issue, I didn’t get a picture of my bouquet before it was delivered.
