    Sad there’s no zero star rating
    Sad there’s no zero star review. Ordered flowers for international woman’s day with a delivery within 3 hours. Paid extra 15 pounds for that. Flowers were not delivered, company refused to refund. Just a scam. No answers, nothing. Avoid at all costs.

    Worst service ever
    Worst service you could possibly think of. Failed to make a woman happy on woman’s day. So I paid for delivery between 9-12pm but yet because of the traffic the delivery driver was late so I texted them on whatsapp but they were arrogant enough to act like I owed them something, finally after some arguing we agreed that the bouquet will be delivered at 8:40pm but yet again they didn’t even bother to call me or something.

    Birthday flowers
    I ordered a medium sized bouquet of flowers, the recipient told me the flowers were lovely, i asked for a picture of them and noticed the bouquet was a small size instead of medium. I am reluctant to order again in case the same thing happens again. Disappointed customer.

    DON’T GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY!
    Please do not fall for the fake promises made by this company on their website. I ordered flowers on 24.2.25 to be delivered within 3 hours and paid the extortionate delivery charge of £15 because it was very important for the flowers to be delivered within that time frame. Although they accepted my payment, after it had been taken an email informed me that the flowers will not be delivered until 25.2.25. When I complained, they told me that (a) they can only do 3 hours deliveries in London (and yet they had accepted my order to an address in Manchester) and (b) they could not cancel the delivery (that I no longer want because it will be too late) because it has already been collected by the courier – A FULL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY!!! Not very fresh flowers. They’ve conned me out of nearly £50 and refused to refund me. Absolute crooks. Do not fall for it! Order No 638117 on 24.2.25.

    Valentine’s day experience
    My boyfriend ordered 20 stems for V-day and paid £8 to be between 9-12. They didn’t deliver and said that it’s busy and we can have it delivered next day. We waited and nothing was delivered again. Tried to call the but the line was closed. They finally answered monday and said they will call back in 5 minutes. Hours passed and no one called and line was closed again. Then they send an email saying they will deliver next day and will make a great upgrade to the bouquet. We finally got it after 8 days and it’s a joke. The smallest roses I ever seen and no upgrade however. The roses were in bad shape and nearly saved a few. Don’t waste your money.

    Unreliable service and unsupportive staff
    Very disappointing experience. The flowers were ordered to be delivered on Feb 14th…
    We wrote them on Feb 17th enquiring about the failed delivery and also asking for a refund as it did no longer matter whether the flowers would be delivered or not.
    Their response was extremely unacceptable… They answered smth like “let’s not make a fuss here and here is your 25% discount”, which we refused and reiterated that the point was for the flowers to be received on the 14th Feb.

    They didn’t care, just delivered flowers on the Feb 18th and went silent completely ignoring us

    Valentines flowers 5 days after date late
    Ordered my fiancée some flowers for…
    Ordered my fiancée some flowers for Valentine’s Day did not receive them till 5 days later only because I rang they turned up straight away. Then I rang back and all I got offered was 20% for the inconvenience for causing with the other half and then was rude to and had the phone hung up on me before got resolved the matter poor customer service overall don’t live up to expectations that are offered and dates.

    Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs
    Review of MyFlowers –

    I ordered flowers from MyFlowers for my fiancée on Valentine’s Day, expecting a beautiful bouquet to arrive on time for a special occasion. Instead, they arrived on the wrong date, completely ruining the surprise. To make matters worse, the flowers were in extremely poor condition—wilted and barely lasted two days.

    When I reached out to MyFlowers to complain, they initially tried to fob me off with a discount code for a future order (as if I’d ever order from them again). After pushing back, they agreed to send a replacement bouquet. However, the new flowers never arrived, and now they are ignoring all my emails.

    This company is completely unreliable, their customer service is dreadful, and their flowers are low quality. Save yourself the frustration and order from a reputable florist instead. Avoid at all costs!
