0 You have already voted! Rating:2 BEWARE: Order not dispatched & Customer service AWOL Honestly they have such terrible customer service. It’s been a week since I’ve made my order and it hasn’t shown on my account and no response from their customer service team at all! I’m going to have to bombard their socials until they answer me at this point as I’ve spent over £100 on suitcases that I’ve had my eye on for months. Will not order for them again and if I hear nothing I will be contacting my bank for the money back.

Rating:2 Poor customer service I placed an order with Nere, received the case promptly with no issues, decided to order another case and I am still waiting on it, when I track it the courier company states they have been advised about the order but have not received it, delivery date changes every day. I contacted Nere, explained everything and received short reply with tracking details, to which I responded as I already had them, sent another 3 emails finally got a reply telling me that they had processed the order and I should contact courier company, another email back saying it was not up to me to do this, it was up to them, still waiting on a replay and on my case. Shame that the customer service is so lacking as the first case I received is perfect

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Failing to deliver- will NOT respond! I ordered two large suitcases, the Caype vanity case and two luggage straps. Everything apart from the Caype vanity case was delivered in the allotted time stated and look great. I was a bit concerned at first as there wasn’t any mention of the vanity case on the packing notes. Going back online to look at my order it said that it was still preparing it. Ok fine I thought, I should receive it hopefully within the next couple of days as it states that all orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. Well as you can imagine from the 1 star rating of this review, it has been over that time, order still says ‘preparing order’ and despite sending numerous emails (I don’t think there even is a customer service section that responds/reads them?!), messaging via their Instagram page, trying to ring via Instagram then finally resorting to leaving comments under their constant new Instagram feeds and a bad Trustpilot review, I’ve found this review page as well to warn others to think carefully before parting with their money as you may not get anything for it!!

The built-in combination lock is practical, it is simple to set and very easy to use so you can open and close it quickly. I am ready for my trip and definitely recommend Nere!
