Ngao claims origin from a Vietnamese brand, and they claim inspiration from the feline cat. Ngao is a Vietnamese mimic word for a meowing angry/hungry female cat. They also claim a foundation based on feminism and seek to inspire their audience, women, to be confident in who they are.Their product is also 100 per cent vegan and therefore also targets the vegan community. Bags are of various sizes, shapes, and colors, each with unique embroidery. Ngaos also makes wallets, bag charms, and embroidered scarfs, apart from embroidered bags.Payments are made through the following avenues, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, American Express, just to mention but a few. Ngaos makes deliveries across the United Kingdom and at an international level as well within 2 to 5 business days. It has a 14-day return policy, after which the customer cannot return the item. I'm proud
As a Vietnamese, I’m so proud to see a local brand that I’ve been using since high school here in the UK. Thanks to all the team members and tailors who made this happen! As for the products, I’ve been using them for 7 years now, I love the stories they’re telling on each product with embroidery. Sadly, it looks like they have to limit their budget and that affected their storytelling ability. They’re having more non-embroidered products. But to be fair, those are quilted and embroidered too, just not embroidered. I am forever in love with their embroidery.
