Don't buy as a gift
I was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a bottle of perfume as a gift for my wife, only to later discover the bottle was faulty. The spray nossle wasnt working. When I contacted customer service, they refused any help (requested a replacement or new nossle/empty bottle) on the basis that the item was delivered on 1st December and had not been checked immediately. Given that perfume is a sealed product and bought as a gift, it’s unreasonable to expect it to be opened and inspected on the day of delivery. The fault was clearly not caused by misuse. For comparison, I went to my local perfume shop and they gave me a replacement empty bottle for me without any issue, even though i didnt purchase from them, which highlights the lack of flexibility and customer care here. Unfortunately, the response felt policy-driven rather than customer-focused. I wouldn’t choose to order from this company again

Very happy!
After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried after I had placed my order, but my fears were unfounded…perfume arrived within 8 days. It was easy to track package and only glitch was when it arrived in UK as it had to be processed manually.

Do not buy from this company. They do not send all items ordered and it's impossible to get a refund.
I ordered some items from this company which is not based in the UK (just to make everyone aware of it, they are based in Spain). They did not send me all the items ordered. I reached out to them promptly and followed all the steps as per their process to resolve this situation. However, they ran out of options and could not send me any further documents to complete (the process to get a refund from this company is extremely complicated and will get you nowhere). I got a final email saying that they can not review the DORn form which was sent out of the time that we are allowed to start the claim (this document was sent to them quickly enough within 3 working days). Basically, it seems like this company wants to take the money from the customers and deliberately is not sending all items ordered to keep the money for the items that they never sent. Please stay away from this website if you do not want to end up in my situation which is extremely frustrating. I will be contacting my bank to see if I can claim the funds for the missing items and also will log a complaint with Royal Mail regarding this fraudulent company.
