Good morning, I’m really angry at your customer service and your lack of seriousness! because of you for an order that already cost me €75 that I ordered on October 10, you report your order the same day I was to receive my package on October 16. and through your fault I received my plants only on the 19th when I should have had them before, I took them early and no gesture, no apology from you. I lost €75 worth of plants due to your fault! I will never order from you again.
