Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 Failed to use my entire address - parcel got delayed as a result Failed to enter my complete address, and as a result the parcel was delayed by over a week, before it was correctly allocated. Failed to acknowledge that they did use the incomplete addres. Failed to take responsibility and made it my problem to follow up to find the missing parcel. Provided a photo of proof of delivery which didn’t actually include the parcel (in a dark grey plastic parcel, so pretty distinct from the brown and white parcels). Failed to provide any apology. Would absolutely not use them again.
