Number of reviews: 3 Rating:2 Appalling customer service so far - Appalling customer service so far – a Christmas gift that lasted 6 weeks before developing a fault still hasn’t been resolved and the customer service team seem to have disappeared. I’m hopeful of a positive resolution as I believe everyone should be given the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to turn things around, but so far they don’t seem to even want to try.

Rating:2 Appalling company -not trustworthy I ordered a charm bracelet that was advertised as having a rare tanzanite stone -what arrived was a ” .fissure filled ruby ” ie basically worthless. They have constantly fobbed me off with apologies for the inconvenience blah blah. I returned the item a fortnight ago and they are still fobbing me off regarding a refund or replacement. Avoid

Rating:2 Stone fell out after wearing for a couple of hours Ordered the candy wide band ring, and was pleased when it arrived (bit of a delay on delivery but hey). It came in a battered box but wasn’t a gift so i wasn’t too fussed. However, one of the stones fell out after i’d worn it for a couple of hours. I’ve emailed twice but still don’t have a response. What a shame as I love the ring and just want to get a stone replaced. I doubt I’d buy again as communication is zero, so you can’t sort any issues out.
