Raylo is a tech company with the aim to deliver technological devices to consumers with better value, in a way that’s also better for the environment. Instead of buying the devices, you lease them, which means you don’t own the product but instead pay a certain price each month to use the device. This makes it easy to switch to a new device when you want, while your older device goes on to be used by a different customer. The devices they offer are mobile phones, tablets and laptops. Because each piece of technology gets sent back to Raylo once the consumer stops using it, the refurbished device keeps being used by new consumers rather than ending up unused in a drawer. This means that Raylo is a sustainable and green business. In addition, they use plant-based packaging and a 100% compostable phone case. They also support environmental charities, such as Plastic Oceans UK. For each customer that signs up with them, they donate to the charity. Moreover, they’re part of the B Corp movement, a non-profit organisation for using business growth as a means to positive impacts.

Rating:2 Scam The instalments are very expensive considering that you”ll have to pay it off if you want to keep it. I have paid for a phone for 2 years, and when I asked to cancel the deal and keep it, they charged a lot of money. I also have a iPad 11 Pro deal with them, which I have paid £36 for 2 years, and now, I wan to keep it, thus I have asked for the invoice, and they are charging me £1100, which is too much as I have paid £864 already. So they advertise saying that it would be a small fee to keep it, but it is not, it is in fact too much! I can’t wait to see myself free of the deals I made. I regret a lot!

Rating:2 Existing customers mean nothing If you’re an existing customer for a number of years with no missed payments where you’ve even paid a device off and returned a device and paying a fee for the privilege of returning it then forget about getting an additional device as they won’t allow it claiming it’s a system generated algorithm but yet have no problems taking new customers which again shows the lack of customer care for their existing customers who are offered nothing while new customers get what they want

Rating:10 Excellent company. This is a great company to order from! I bought an iphone that was refurbished and I received it the very next day. All the necessary accessories were in the box and everything works as it should. I definitely have no complaints about Ralyo so I recommend them!

I have praised Raylo for 2 years and all is well until you decide to end the contract. Due to poor health had to give up my extremely well kept iPhone . Sent it back and simply got an email saying I must pay £90.99 for the camera lens to be fixed … with “ threats” that if I don’t pay me credit score would be affected etc etc.
Firstly had to send couple of email to actually find out what was the charge for cause originally they only say “damage”.
Then I get a magnified picture of the lens with the smallest damage which can cost £15 to fix locally. No list of how much damages would cost on return and therefore no options for a customers. Just you got to pay this “outrageous” amount and that s all.
Poor set up and disappointing service, shame cause I thought the idea was good
