Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 Fraud Fraud!! They haven’t returned money for an “express delivery” that they didn’t make! In emails they just ignore. During calls I asked questions like “give me an argument or a documented proof that you cannot return money for the undone service”. They didn’t provide any proof, they just said “sorry, there is no possibility to return money.” That’s their fault, not DHL, because they didn’t send my parcel early morning, they decided to do it in the evening (like they can decide when I pay for the express) that’s why it wasn’t coming on time!
