Temu do not cater for disabled customers stay away there land line do not work there legal departments contact details are fake legaltemu@uk fake stay away and if you have bought something contact your bank a.s.a.p as temu only wants your bank details explain your self and ask for a new card and account and sort code change it all temu scam

The money Takers
I otdered about about £300 of goods,received nothing NO GOODS / NO REFUNDS,THEY ignore all forms of contact,they are a con artists in Avery big way.

Very poor quality staf
You bought a smart watch, a drone and headphones. The watch cannot be paired with a phone, the drone flew away during a test flight (I didn’t use it anymore) and I have to charge the headphones again after a few minutes. Just a great deal!! The only thing that worked was the promised delivery date of the goods. TEMU never again.

Nuisance
I bought from TEMU an item which I wanted. It arrived and was OK. That is all I wanted and have since unloaded the app. I also blocked this number on my phone and I am still being pestered by messages offering me discounts and special prices. I wish I hadn’t bought from them,they have become a nuisance.

Hugely cheap and just reliable.
I could hardly believe that you would actually receive an order from this site because it is offered so cheaply, which is why I waited until the order was delivered before writing this review. By now everything has arrived, the products are to my liking and I am really amazed how they can ship this for such a low amount.

Happy with the first order
TEMU is absolutely great!! The online shop offers high-quality products and my order was delivered quickly and neatly. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I am defnately satisfied and will definitely shop at TEMU again!
