    I paid for an item at the beginning of January had no correspondence after payment some come end of January I contacted them to find out where my order was and they stated they was waiting for stock despite the website saying 3-5 day dispatch time this was already 2 weeks I then requested a refund to be told it had been dispatched and 3 weeks later still nothing I have had to go to the bank to get a refund waste of my time

    Custom Piano faulty and damaged
    Do not buy the “Personalised Table Top Piano” – this item came faulty AND damaged. Sellers will not reply to emails now. its £165 and not worth the money. We will be posting reviews on every platform untill they reply. Very disapointed with this seller. Have read reviews on trust pilot and many people are on the same boat. They stop repying to unhappy customers. Left granddaughter without a christmas present.

The Laser Boutique

The Laser Boutique is a family-run business that specialises in custom laser cut and engraved work for personalised gifts. They started in 2014 with their first item on their webshop and have grown their product range to close to 1000 items since. They have a page dedicated to where customers show pictures where their products are being used, ranging from engraved plates for babies to laser-cut design boards. Although the products are home-made, orders are still processed within three to five working days. The company has gifts for each occasion, such as Halloween crates with watercolour characters in different themes or a bag tag for a back-to-school gift. They did regular giveaways in 2020 and have competitions for their products. However, the last one was in 2021, so it is unclear if these giveaways are still a regular occurrence. If you have a successful social media channel, it is possible to sign up to become an affiliate where it’s possible to earn a commission for a successful referral.
