The product was outstanding until one day it wasn’t, and that is when the fun began. In good faith, when the first monitor failed, I order a replacement and took up a promotion for a second at a discount. They later contacted me to tell me that they were out of stock, so I ordered the same product I had. They never refunded the original order until I chased them months later, they asked me to send back the original, and have never replaced that one. I spend week after week chasing. Such a shame, I recommended them to a dozen people, I can’t anymore.
