    Excellent customer support from Laisani
    I had an issue with returning goods to a company that uses Interparcel. Laisani answered my Web Chat call within a few seconds. They were quick and efficient at dealing with the problem, and had answers to all my questions. Thanks Laisani

    Avoid Interparcel
    Terrible company, gives one price on the website, you pay- the goods are delivered and then they start sending invoices with extra payments For some fictitious services .They do this every time! Never ever use this company!!!!

    Package delivered without major damage.
    Interparcel transported my fragile parcel without damage and delivered it to the recipient. The parcel did arrive with some minor damage to the outer packaging, but fortunately the item inside was undamaged. Furthermore, I was able to track the journey, which Interparcel did well. I do recommend this carrier.
