Instead, she said she would send me an email with some alternative offers, including a discount, complimentary chocolates, or next-day delivery, and if I did not accept one of them, the delivery would proceed “normally” without any clarification of what that actually meant.
This interaction was both unnecessary and disappointing. I believe I was well within my rights, as per the terms and conditions on your website, to request a refund within 30 minutes of placing the order, especially since the failure to deliver was on your side. The call felt more like an attempt to push upsells than a genuine effort to resolve the issue.
I found this entire experience frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the simplicity of my request. As a result, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received and the way my concerns were handled. I will not be purchasing from your company again, nor will I recommend your services to others.

That is genuinely the dumbest thing ever. If i wanted it the next day i would’ve ordered it for then but i needed it way earlier than that. To be transparent if you need the flowers ordered the same day, just avoid it, its a scam. I work in compliance and can tell you for free, they’re jumping through a loop hole of giving you what you ordered but a whole day later so chances of a successful chargeback are slim to none. I will still be raising a chargeback on grounds of goods/services not described. You are very dishonest.

They arranged for a replacement bouquet to be delivered and also refunded 30% of the delivery fee. I was extremely surprised—in the best possible way—by their dedication to making things right. Their thoughtful response turned a disappointing experience into a very positive one. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

Part of my order was missing, and although I paid extra for next-day delivery, the package arrived a day late. Regular shipping is free, yet I was charged for a service that wasn’t fulfilled. Would not recommend.
