    Misleading delivery information
    Do not order from this company if you live outside London. I ordered online as they came up as a company that did same day delivery. NOWHERE is it clear that this is not possible outside London. I spent £75 (after a £13 discount and £8 delivery) for flowers to be delivered to a Scottish hospital maternity unit, to celebrate the birth of my first grandchild. After I had paid I received a confirmation email saying delivery would be tomorrow (Sunday). In the breakdown of the invoice the delivery was free and there was no discount?!!!! All very odd. I contacted the company to ask why it wasn’t being delivered today and they replied to say, they don’t deliver same day outside London! They also said this is clear on their website, providing a screenshot, and that I would have ticked the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. I looked at their website again and nowhere is this information clear. It is also nothing like the screenshot they sent. I also did not have to tick any terms and conditions box. I then queried the fact that fresh flowers were being sent from London to Scotland. They assured me they would arrive tomorrow and that they were carefully and appropriately packaged and were guaranteed for 5 days. I have since received a text to say they will arrive on Tuesday. I ordered them on Saturday morning!!! My daughter in law won’t even be in the hospital any more at that point. TOTALLY USELESS.

    A bad experience with myflowers.co.uk
    At 19:12, I placed an order with a delivery option clearly stating delivery availability until 9 PM. Just five minutes later, at 19:17, I received a call from a lady named Diana, who introduced herself as the Finance Manager. She informed me that the order could not be fulfilled as there was no one available to deliver it. I immediately requested a refund, given the circumstances and the short timeframe since placing the order.

    However, Diana refused to process the refund. Instead, she said she would send me an email with some alternative offers, including a discount, complimentary chocolates, or next-day delivery, and if I did not accept one of them, the delivery would proceed “normally” without any clarification of what that actually meant.

    This interaction was both unnecessary and disappointing. I believe I was well within my rights, as per the terms and conditions on your website, to request a refund within 30 minutes of placing the order, especially since the failure to deliver was on your side. The call felt more like an attempt to push upsells than a genuine effort to resolve the issue.

    I found this entire experience frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the simplicity of my request. As a result, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received and the way my concerns were handled. I will not be purchasing from your company again, nor will I recommend your services to others.

    This must be a scam
    Company will promise the world charge for it accordingly and never provide services that are promised, I made a mistake and should of checked reviews, staff unhelpful and insulting offers offered to attempt to remedy the complete lies they tell

    Birthday flowers
    Made the order Saturday Evening for delivery on the Sunday for my step daughters birthday , easy process for ordering and plenty of notifications regarding delivery
    The flowers arrived in the day time and were absolutely beautiful.
    Highly recommend this company and will be using it again.

    Dishonest - ordered for same day delivery, received it the next day.
    I made an order yesterday and requested for it to be delivered yesterday before 9pm. It was not delivered but instead sent via Royal Mail next day delivery?

    That is genuinely the dumbest thing ever. If i wanted it the next day i would’ve ordered it for then but i needed it way earlier than that. To be transparent if you need the flowers ordered the same day, just avoid it, its a scam. I work in compliance and can tell you for free, they’re jumping through a loop hole of giving you what you ordered but a whole day later so chances of a successful chargeback are slim to none. I will still be raising a chargeback on grounds of goods/services not described. You are very dishonest.

    Prompt Resolution and Outstanding Support
    After I left an online review, the My Flowers team—Mr. Roy V.B. and Reputation Department Manager Sophie—contacted me promptly by both email and phone with sincere apologies for the disappointment. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded. They were highly organized and proactive, resolving the issue with a high standard of customer care.

    They arranged for a replacement bouquet to be delivered and also refunded 30% of the delivery fee. I was extremely surprised—in the best possible way—by their dedication to making things right. Their thoughtful response turned a disappointing experience into a very positive one. I truly appreciate the excellent service.

    Very disappointing experience
    Very disappointing experience.
    Part of my order was missing, and although I paid extra for next-day delivery, the package arrived a day late. Regular shipping is free, yet I was charged for a service that wasn’t fulfilled. Would not recommend.
